I couldn’t hear the drive-through lady because she was talk so softly. When I got to the window, she didn’t have the order correct. I apologize that I couldn’t hear and she was rude.

We came for the play place because there were not too many of them around however it was freezing.... I let my kid play for 15 mins but then we left and went to the McDonald's with the play place and heat.
