I might have finally decoded the secret for tastes. I'm past visits (always with family who like Costa Vida) I have found the food to be too ... soupy, for lack of a better description. But this time, after watching the assembly line servers spoon up the normal ... let's say extra juicy (to be kind) food for the enchiladas, burritos, salads, etc., when I ordered I requested from each server to please strain the food - black beans, pork, rice, everything, and then asked...
The menu isn't huge but enough choices for a nice fresh lunch. The cilantro lime dressing is a knockout. Can't wait to try the shrimp on my tostada salad next time. Lots of food for good price. Cute inside if we were inclined to eat there and a pretty patio.
Someone needs to teach the staff how to get control of the dinning room. There were like 50 LDS older people making their own really long table and it was in the direct path to the only other open table. The dinning room was so packed we would have all died if a fire broke out. There had to be 100+ LDS people in the restaurant.
