We've been ordering hot and spicy chicken teriyaki for years, the last two times it was just regular chicken teriyaki. We paid for extra chicken, the last two times we haven't received that as well. I called and asked if the recipe had changed.. I was told that the recipe was the same and I had been given the extra chicken I paid for. Absolutely not the same as the previously order we had ordered for years. Hot and spicy cost more as well as extra chicken which we haven't received the last two times. We've been going here for years and are very disappointed.

Food is good. However the sauce on the left cost $1.50. Pretty ridiculous. If they are going to charge that much, at least fill it up.

Let's be real, this is great-tasting simple dishes served in a strip mall. But you gotta go! The service is consistently top-notch. Staff is friendly and wants you to enjoy your experience. You will find clean tables and chairs in a well-lit dining area. Food is tasty and prepared by cooking who will often wave to you from their busy kitchen. It is fast, yummy, filling.

Food tasteless. Prawn tempura was 95% tempura, had to search for any prawn. Chicken breast was chicken thigh not breast. Vegetables were tasteless. The rice was good. Service was good. This is fast food at it's worst. Very expensive fast food. $40 for two dinners!

Witnessed an employee pick up a receipt off the floor not wash his hands or put gloves on and make boba tea! Our chicken seemed reheated not cooked, WILL NOT BE COMING BACK and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone to try. Go to a better location if you're gonna try happy T.
