Okay, I've given Rembrandt's several opportunities to affect a positive rating and it's impossible. 2 stars because the building is nice and the hostesses are delightful. Service is absolutely horrible. I've always had to flag down my server if I needed, say, ketchup or silverware or water. Never once has anyone checked-in on things. Food is sub-par. Today's plate had fluorescent green plastic particles in the gravy. Waitress took it off the tab, but didn't seem concerned. On other occasions, I've been served cold food, soggy fries, a sandwich missing the top piece of bread on half the sandwich...I could go on but I believe I've made my point. It's a missed opportunity for Eagle. The parking lot is always full, so, clearly, people are enjoying their experience at Rembrandt's. I can't help but to think it's on account of low expectations.

Lovely old church makes for a beautiful room, if a bit noisy. I don't mind the noise at breakfast as it helps wake me up. :). It is currently difficult to access the parking as Eagle Road is under construction and closed. However, this place is worth the effort. Get there early! The coffee was good, which is fundamental for a breakfast spot in my opinion. The waffle was crisp and tasty with outstanding bacon. The corned beef hash was tasty but the hash browns were undercooked and compromised the dish. The chorizo Benedict was wonderful. One of the best Benedict's I have ever tasted. It reminded me of a favorite Thai dish with the ground chorizo and spicy hollandaise. I say spicy but it is not as spicy as Korean or Thai food. I highly recommend this dish. It was amazing and I will go back for more The service was friendly and casual and the prices reasonable/good. If you don't mind the crowds or can get there early, this place is special.

This place is a hidden Gem! The food is 5 star quality and the atmosphere is great. I have had everything on the menu from the burger to the salmon and it's always surprised me how amazing it was.! Highly recommended!

Excellent coffees, a diverse assortment of Benedict dishes and a mix of sweet or savory brunch selections add up to a morning menu sure to satisfy. The service is prompt and pleasant. The main indoor dining room has comfortable furnishings but can be a little loud. Looking forward to returning for lunch and dinner meals and taking advantage of the outdoor patio and live music in a village cafe setting.Wheelchair accessibility: A ramp provides access from parking area to front entrance.

Rembrandt's is such a lovely place! The vibe from when you walk in is amazing, the service is welcoming with smilies and kindness from adults to little kiddos! The warm atmosphere inside to the open patio with a large gas fireplace is very inviting! The food is large proportion for the cost. The avocado toast was fresh, topped with a delicious salad and picked onions, I added two eggs my way and it was perfectly made to order. The kids meals are huge! The waffles, eggs and bacon were a fan favorite for my 5 year old! The vanilla latte hit the spot in the sunshine from the large church windows! I highly recommend this gem of a spot in downtown Eagle!

Went for breakfast and shared the loaded hash and a lemon blueberry roll. They were both delicious and service was quick and friendly!

We had coffee with Gluten free Chocolate Zucchini bread which is really awesome. Ambience is beautiful and we would like to visit again.

We sat in the back room and it was very noisy. Somehow the acoustics are just off. We could barely manage a conversation for how loud it was. But the service and food were good.Parking: The problem with this lot is that big trucks park in it, and if everyone doesn't pull into their spot all the way along the side of the building, then there isn't enough room to get by. Even though it's a one way we were trapped because we couldn't squeeze our car between the two vehicles sticking out and had to back out onto Eagle Road.
