1/2 each rib ends, pulled pork & turkey. Plus, two 1/2 lb. sides of your choice served with dill pickle & bread sampler for 2-3.
Smokehouse Combo Plate
1/2 of each rib ends, brisket, pulled pork & smoked turkey three 1/2 lb. sides of your choice served with dill pickle & bread sampler for 3-4.
Pitmaster Combo Plate
1/2 of each Brisket, burnt ends, pulled pork, smoked turkey four 1/2 lb. sides of your choice served with dill pickle & bread sampler for 4-5.

I went there for lunch with my 7-year old boy yesterday 12/1/25. The girl that worked the front had long black hair, glasses, and tattoo sleeves. She was rude and didn’t smile. We waited 25 minutes for our 2 burgers, and one of the burgers and the bacon on it were nearly completely black being so overcooked. We ate it anyway. The food and style of the place is really good, minus the overcooked burger on this occasion.

BREAKFAST. You want a good one? Better get on over to Rib Shack in Eagle. It's hard when you've got a hankering for a delicious breakfast, but all the known spots are full with a wait. I hesitate to even post this, but honey--its too good not to share. This hidden gem in old Eagle might be known for their BBQ, but their breakfast is to die for.
