Swung in out of curiosity today. Got offered a rib to sample while we looked at the menu (grab a paper towel off the piano and they will hand you one!). Delicious and oh so tender! Eat here all the time. The food never gets old. It is so good from the ribs to the Brisket and the Tri tip. Love there sides. Great people, delicious food, and I don’t mind it if it’s a bit sticky and smoky, just means it’s authentic barbecue.
The pulled pork sandwich, burnt ends, and bread pudding sundae are delicious. I also appreciate the root bear selection. Keep up the excellent work! I’m definitely eating there when next Boise visit. Until then, I’ll just have to salivate thinking about it.
