If you’re looking for a fresh, tasty and healthy food option, this is not it. I got an açaí bowl and it tastes like sugary gross fruit concentrate. I typically go to one of their competitors, but was looking for something a little cheaper. Well it was definitely cheaper with ingredient quality, but not on price. For the cost I’d rather just go to my normal spot which uses ingredients that don’t taste like fake fruit that has been sitting in a pound of sugar in the back of your freezer for years.

First time here! Wanted a smoothie bowl, I walked in and wasn’t acknowledged (not a big deal), a girl walked up to take my order, I said hi and smiled and she didn’t make eye contact with me or say anything and was just standing there looking around. I said “sorry I haven’t been here before” cause I was looking at the menu for a moment, again did not say anything to me. Again not a huge deal it’s just something to expect when you’re going to these places that hire younger employees, I think it’s something that comes with age. I work with a lot of teens I get it. I ordered a bowl, she asked me if I wanted to join their phone number program and proceeded to tell me my total. I kind of wish she would have asked if I wanted anything else, I was going to buy a couple things but the interaction wasn’t really going that great and I didn’t want to continue it. I will say the two girls were definitely working hard, there was a few people in there so maybe they were stressed. Definitely fixable which is why I’m leaving a review.

The bowl was good and the price/quantity/quality is very comparable to other local places. This location was very clean.

These smoothies are literally the same as Jamba smoothies. Pretty sad that you can’t make original smoothies yourselves.

The smoothies are great; tasty and lots of variety to choose from.Sometimes the service seems a little slower than it should be. Maybe the operation could be a bit more streamlined or more training can be provided. The young people who work here are mostly sweet, friendly and helpful. The reason for two star rating for the atmosphere is the very loud noises coming from the blenders. Most smoothie shops use noise reduction shields to protect the hearing of the workers and to make the ambiance of the store more pleasant for customers. The noise level here is so high, my husband and I feel concerned about the hearing safety of the young people who work here and are exposed to the high decibel. Management team should really consider employee safety and more support for the staff (more staffing or better work flow)
