Main dishes are great. Apps selection could e expanded and changed up. Portions on the appetizers are smaller. Great teaser salads. Shawna was our waiter and she knocked it out of the park. She and the staff create, yet another, wonderful dinning experience.
There were four us at happy hour last night and it was outstanding. Shawna was a delight. Knew the menu inside and out, answer a much of questions we had and even went above and beyond to celebrate my birthday. The other support are amazing as well. Reilly was also a shout-out. His welcoming and fun personality welcomed us, and having dinned at Nicks and Coa Del Mar several times, he represents the family of restaurants with integrity and humor.
Our family has been to Nicks and it is one special spot. Food is hot, wonderfully presented and delicious. But what makes Nick's so special are the staff. Our servers name was Shawna. She was a pro. Super knowledgeable on the menu, knows how to time the presentation of the food. Gave our family time and space to talk and Shawna was there, along with the staff. So grateful for their staff.
