“We thought this was all you can eat and it is NOT we almost left but I’m so glad we stayed the food was absolutely amazing. They didn’t have what I was looking for on the menu but they made it anyway and we ended up coming out cheaper and more satisfied than all you can eat. 10/10 food and will be back. Alyssa was our server and she was amazing”
“Service and food were fantastic. Jessica and Kyle were amazing. The checked often to see if we needed anything and if everything was as we wanted it. The chef is amazing. The salmon and cod were perfectly cooked.”
“My son brought me in. He had to deliver stuff to their kitchen when they opened and was so impressed by the cleanliness that he remarked about it to me. He had eaten there and was also amazed by the food and service. I've had a few things to eat there. Burnt ends are my favorite...Melt in your mouth tender and perfect flavor. And the staff, even the folks who work in back will come out to get you what you need if the cashier has stepped away. It's a cheerful place, I'd just spend time in if I could for absolutlely no reason, but the food!!!!!”
“Stopped by Thursday night. They had a band playing outside. Called last minute to drink some wine. Super accommodating and pet friendly outside on their gorgeous patio. The wine was amazing, the menu even better! My husband and I looked at each other and said we could order one of each. He had the clam chowda (as he says being from Massachusetts) and I had the lamb chops. The soup was not lacking clams at all and the lamb was cooked to perfection. We will be back next time we are in town!”

“My 6, now 7 year old picked this place to celebrate his bday! Thank you Kaleigh for the amazing service!”
“We enjoyed the small restaurant atmosphere where one can get to know the chefs (Mike, included). Food was excellent…have the Tempura green beans and then the Brutus Salad is excellent with chicken or salmon. The Atlantic salmon was grilled to perfection (medium with delicately medium seasoned saffron rice). Try the saffron infused Creme Brulet for dessert and enjoy live Jazz and after-dinner drinks at the Sidecar. However, make reservations if you want a table for dinner and after-dinner entertainment…take out available.”
“They are very accommodating and run by an amazing family. They offer a wide variety of food, a full bar and fun entertainment (live music, karaoke, and a full stage set up for performances, even bring your own...magic shows :) They can accommodate large groups and have a popular take out or delivery kitchen. They are not just a restaurant with a bar. They are not a sports bar. They are different and I'm always pleasantly surprised each time I go there.”

“My friend and I had dinner last night and it was fabulous! I had the mango habanero shrimp tacos and they were delicious! Great service and I loved that the water glasses were real glass and not cheap plastic. It's the small things that matter too. Definitely recommend!”
“I wanted to leave a FANTASTIC 5 Star review about this new updated restaurant called Nick's Italian Ristorante. My wife and I plus a couple of friends recently went back for the third time to enjoy their excellent food. When we first visited after Nick's took over from Flatbread I have to say I was extremely disappointed. But after a change of management ... WOW what a change. (By the way ...Nick's is owned by Barbacoa!) The food was absolutely outstanding ...some of the Best Italian food I have ever tasted especially the Meatballs and sauce ...simply the BEST! Many people are unaware of this fabulous Italian restaurant so I felt the need to shout it out to everyone. TRY NICK'S ... you won't be disappointed. Also ask for Frankie ...she is one of the Best waitresses I have ever experienced ..always a smile on her face, and offering caring service! Love to you all!”
“Lucky Fins Seafood Grill ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently revisited Lucky Fins in Meridian. In the past, I’ve been to the original location, which is the one in Meridian, as well as the one in downtown Boise, which has since closed. There is also a location in Greeley, Colorado. We started with an appetizer of Kickin’ Shrimp ($15) - Crispy shrimp tossed in a sweet and spicy honey-chipotle sauce, served with a side of ranch and a lime wedge. Similar to Bonefish Grill’s Bang Bang Shrimp, but uniquely its own, this isn’t excellent appetizer! If you like spicy shrimp, it’s worth visiting for this dish alone. I ordered the Baja Fish Tacos ($15) - Tempura battered and fried Arctic cod with shredded cabbage, chipotle aïoli, pickled onions, cojita, and micro cilantro. Served with cilantro lime rice, lime wedges, and choice of salsa. The fish tacos were bland and flavorless. I didn’t realize until I started to write this review that they came with a choice of salsa, but I don’t think that would’ve made much of a difference. I liked the cilantro lime rice. MW ordered the Cedar Plank Salmon ($29) - Center cut, grilled Arctic salmon on Northwest Cedar plank, seasoned with Rocky Mountain meat and fish rub, loaded smashers, grilled asparagus, charred lemon. MW liked the salmon dish, but would opt for something a little more interesting next time. For dessert, we shared Bourbon Bread Pudding, which came topped with ice cream ($10). It was good. The ambience and service were excellent!”

“I’ve been to/ordered from Red Fort a lot, and always enjoyed it, but it’s those outlier experiences that get you to remember to write a review, for better or worse. Last night we celebrated my daughter’s birthday and we decided to DoorDash an order from them. This was a long distance order. We got the food, and as usual it was amazing. Absolutely stellar entrees. But something got mixed up in the kitchen and something sweet my kid ordered was seasoned savory, which just didn’t work. So I shot them an email, referencing my order number. I was expecting that they could double check to make sure no other orders had that issue, maybe give me a coupon for next time. No. A manager called me. Because of how far we are (30 minute drive), rather than reemploy DoorDash, he *personally* drove a fixed version of her item—plus extras—out to us. This was a smaller item, not her main food. We’d have been okay. But it made her birthday having the problem fixed. This is the best customer service I’ve received, and paired with the quality of the rest of the food and the fair prices, it pains me to say since they are a franchise, but Red Fort is quickly becoming my favorite Indian restaurant in the valley. Highly recommend.”

“Came in this morning for the first time for a lil coffee date with my hubby. Coffee was super good. I always ask for extra hot, no shops actually make it extra hot. My coffee was extra hot! We also shared a veggie breakfast burrito. Delicious. Star of the show though was the salsa verde it came with!”
“I have tried multiple things here from the burgers, croissant sandwiches, the long sandwiches, the hot dogs, the bubble waffles, the drinks, the desserts and many of their pasties and everything had been absolutely delicious. I look forward to taking my family here when they visit from out of town. The tropical crepe cake is one of my favorite things ever. I still have quite a bit of stuff to try and I'm so glad.”

“Great Restaurant, me and buddy Josh went here and big backed, I got a waffle and he got french toast 🍞, im pretty sure one of waitresses liked me because she kept playing eye tag with me but never came and talked to our table though so I guess that's her loss. But yeah this place is great, good food, good service, and good setting not to loud 👍👍”
“We had the spicy beef garlic noodles, the Thai porkchop, the Nashville hot sandwich, and the vodka penne pasta.
The spicy beef garlic noodle were excellent, they had enough spice without being too hot. The Thai porkchop was excellent amd super tender. The Nashville hot sandwich was great. Only meal we had a problem with was the vodka penne, both the chicken and pasta was very salty. Our waiter was absent alot and we saw them standing talking to other staff.”

“We visited Margherita Pizza for the first time tonight. Seeing a wood fired oven in a pizza restaurant is a good first sign. A friendly, personable staff is the second. Tasting a fresh salad, refreshing Italian soda, and delicious pizza (in a style very similar to what we had in Italy) sealed the deal for us! They just gained two more loyal customers.”

“We had a family dinner tonight celebrating 2 birthdays. It was very busy as usual but wanted to comment on our waitress Aliza. She was very attentive and gave great service even with a lot of large groups. This was especially deserving of recognition as she's is a new server. Thank you for taking care of us!”
“Our experience here from the first time we were welcomed by the hosts to being seated to our table. They were so kind and professional! Our waitresses on Two different occasions Jillian and Amy were fabulous!!! The next visits we had Jacob and Tanner as bartenders and servers were awesome! This is now our favorite restaurant!!!!! We drive over 35 minutes away to get here and it’s worth the drive and we look forward to the food. It’s very consistent highly recommend the prime rib sandwich! I however, like to put mine on sourdough bread and it was so fantastic. My husband says I never clean the plate like I do every time we’ve come here! I’m gonna include photos because their presentation of their food is beautiful and appetizing! Thank you, Damon for a great vibe, fresh food, and creative menu offerings!”
“Sakana is definately in our top three for Sushi restaurants in Boise. They are easy to get to and we've always been able to get a table. They have a traditional menu and allow us to customize their rolls which is nice because I like more tempura and spice than they show on the menu. They also offer Tepanyaki dinners which we've witnessed but never tried.”
“My husband and I could not for the life of us find a place to have dinner for New Year’s Eve that was new to us. We’re all about trying new places and as I was going through the list of what was open and what wasn’t I kept coming back to this one. I’m soooo glad we went to 127 Saloon. The food was absolutely the best! The staff was awesome! We didn’t have a reservation but were able to find a place at the bar, they let us know if we couldn’t find a seat to let them know and they would find us one. The place was CLEAN and light. I love it. 100/10 we’ll be back.”
“Best of Meats ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best of Meats aka BOM is a new meat-centric Boise-based food truck that serves Japanese charcoal grilled meat. They offer appetizers, mains, desserts and drinks. I visited for the first time on 11/12/20 and ordered a Grilled Platter. Platters come with two skewers of meat, seasoned rice, cabbage and house sauce. I wanted the beef tenderloin but they were out. I ordered one chicken thigh skewer and one pork tenderloin skewer ($13). That week, everyone who ordered a platter received a free Glazed Donut Ice Cream dessert. One of the owners heard me mention that I was bringing the food back to my office, he generously threw in two more skewers of meat for me to share with my coworkers. I and my three coworkers unanimously agreed BOM deserves a 5 star rating. I am no expert when it comes to Japanese charcoal grilled meat but the meat was high-quality, flavorful and tender. It was served on top of a generous bed of rice and cabbage with a delicious house sauce. The appetizers which consist of two meat skewers, would be perfect for those following a Keto or Paleo diet. Highly recommended!!!”
“Clean Eatz is amazing. Lindsey and her staff are always so welcoming. So many options to choose from. Highly recommend if you are looking to eat great tasting healthy food”

“This is one of the best poke bowl spots in town. I have been a regular customer for over a year, visiting almost weekly. The food is consistently fresh, and the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Their excellent service and quality keep me coming back.”
“A hidden treasure, excellent baked empanadas with a delicious and wide range of fillings. Nice wine and beer selection too. The atmosphere is relaxed and service excellent. Highly recommended and hope to see them prosper. Since the Kiwi shake and bake shut, I’ve felt a little lost.. hopefully we can watch rugby here too!”
“Been four times in the past two months since discovering the place. Food is fantastic.... service is hit or miss. Just left after waiting five/six minutes without acknowledgement by any staff after being seated, watched others getting served almost immediately after being seated. Please work on this.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Best Landing Ever — 10/10 Would Fall Again” So there I was, minding my own business, enjoying the in-flight peanuts at 35,000 feet, when gravity decided to spice things up. One wrong step, and boom — I’m free-falling like a majestic bowling ball with commitment issues. No parachute, no plan, just pure aerodynamic panic. As I plummeted through the clouds, I saw my life flash before my eyes — mostly memories of me saying, “It’s fine, I’ve got this.” Spoiler alert: I did not got this. Then fate intervened. Out of all the places on Earth, I crash-landed right through the roof of Houston Hot Chicken like a meteor made of confusion and regret. I didn’t so much land as I reintroduced myself to the concept of gravity. Tables flipped, fries flew, and someone screamed, “Bro just DoorDashed himself!” The employees, absolute legends, didn’t even flinch. One handed me a napkin, another asked, “You want that mild or extra hot?” My spine said mild, but my soul said let’s make it worth it. I left that restaurant smelling like jet fuel and Nashville seasoning, but with a heart full of gratitude and a stomach full of dangerously good chicken. Final verdict: Service — 10/10 (They didn’t call an ambulance until I finished eating.) Atmosphere — explosive. Food — so hot it resurrected me. Would recommend? Only if you enjoy defying physics and good flavor. 🔥🍗 “Houston Hot Chicken — where the food slaps harder than the landing.””
“We tried Soup Kettle for the firsr time after the Nampa location opened and we are addicted. We got at least twice a week, we've had their breakfast croissants, other sandwiches, soup and milk teas. Everything has been delicious and the employees are always so sweet and helpful.”
“Took my family out to dinner here, and it was AMAZING!!! Very delicious, and Antonio our server was very professional at what he does, and he made us feel really welcome. I'll surely come eat here again!! A+++++++ Food & service!”

“Got takeout for dinner tonight and it was wonderful and delicious! Husband got the gyro dinner and I ordered the falafel dinner. Everything came out fresh and perfect! The Greek salad is light and very refreshing. The rice was so very flavorful and left us wanting more. I’ve had Greek food in a lot of places and they are very good. The tzatziki was perfect accompaniment to each entree. Definitely check this place out!”
“In-N-Out is simple, consistent, and does what it does really well. The menu is basic, but the food is always fresh and dependable. The burgers and fries taste the same every time, and I like knowing exactly what to expect when we stop here. It’s an easy choice when you want a straightforward burger and fries.”

“So I was out of the area for a conference. I went to a few local breweries, and one of them had this taco stand place. I am from Orange County California and we have a lot of taco places, but this place was awesome! Not just the food, but even few local breweries, and one of them had this taco stand place. I am from Orange County California and we have a lot of taco places, but this place was awesome! Not just the food, but even the couple people that were working making tacos, etc. Started talking to one guy. His name was Carlos and he actually is the one that started this business and makes all the food sauce is everything homemade. Coming from California where a lot of stuff is just premade you open a can this was awesome and so is the beard. Thank you Carlos for taking care of me and my friend, your tacos are awesome. Thank you heading back to California tomorrow.”
“I love this Cupbop so much!!! I’ve been coming here for months now and it’s rare I’m ever disappointed with my meal. I always get a Koko Bop with a level 5 sauce plus the white sauce and it is perfection. Plus the workers are usually very nice and have good service!”
“while I love Uncle Bob's probably should have prepared for the Halloween rush better. I ordered at 2:30 for pick up at 5:15, got there and was told it would be an additional 20 to 30 minutes. I did feel bad for the staff because people were angry. Just a suggestion for next year!”
“We go there every. single. weekend.- it's that good. Everyone is super friendly! The service is consistently exceptional, no matter if it's Rickie, Andi, Emerson, or Natalie. They are all fabulous! ( I'm forgetting the name of the gal who just got married, but she's great too!). We love everything from the waffles, chicken fried steak, biscuits & gravy, sausages, and country potatoes. It's no wonder they are always busy, but somehow we never have to wait that long. If you haven't tried it, you are missing out!”
“The best experience for sushi in the entire Valley. Everyone here treats you like family. The food is without a doubt is on a higher level of flavors and you cannot beat the price for the quality at all!”

“I got the chicken stripes and husband got a burger everything was really good and we sat outside 👍”
“This place is the best in Meridian! The staff knows what customer service is, especially Alec and Emma! The food and choices are great! I’m not much of a drinker so go the there strictly for the food! and the service and vibe! Have and will recommend to everyone I know!!”
“We are visiting Utah from CT and stopped here for lunch yesterday. The food was delicious and the service was very good. Great atmosphere and attentive manager in the Riverdale location. Highly recommend!”
“I spent years with a peruvian caretaker eating foods that you cant often find these days in our area. At a local food park, I found machu pichu and was immediately transported back to home. thanks <3”
“See my other rating. I just want everyone to know that this business has no integrity.”
“Great service with a smile and they modified our order per our request. The margaritas were large and the chips and dip were great. We did not have to wait very long for our food and it was served hot. I highly recommend it.”
“The pizza and monkey bread is to die for...the management and staff are even more delicious! I absolutely love this place! ”
“Very nice to sit outside and listen to music on Friday nights. great food also!”
“Tonight was our first time at Izumi and we were celebrating our 25 year anniversary. Brad was our waiter/server and he was so helpful and friendly and Fernando was our cook and he was hilarious and so entertaining. The food was so tasty and there was so much of it! My boys were impressed with the sushi too. Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our visit. We will definitely be back!”
“My family waited 20 minutes to be seated and another 40 minutes for food. With two hungry 7 year olds this wasn’t ideal.
As someone with 20 years of service industry experience, the highlight was the manager who personally visited our table and comped close to half of our meal. Coming from Seattle and Rome, this type of gesture is often an act from the past and guest experience often seems secondary. You’re lucky if you get bread comped for waiting so long.
I do appreciate the hospitality, the graciousness, and the clear explanation that the kitchen was backed up.
My review will reflect the overall “big picture” of the restaurant as atmosphere felt high end, both front and back of house were working hard and the elegant back drop of the village gave me Anaheim and Scottsdale vibes with the fountain and desert backdrop.
The highlight was the truffle bread and the gooey butter pairing well with the toasted texture of the bread. The salad was extremely balanced and the chunks of avocado stood out with the delicious dressing which was perfectly drizzled.
The olive oil and balsamic vinegar was ok and tasted generic. My family loved the white and red sauce pasta and there was lots of care in the handmade preparation. My meatball was a little dry and I think it may have been sitting on the pass a little bit too long.
These critiques are all minor and I did have a great experience.”
“I love this place at the Village at Meridian. We were at the movie theater and decided to get tickets for the 21+ section. I ordered a burger and fries and my friend ordered the macaroni and cheese balls. Everything was excellent but I forgot to take pictures of the food lol. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had especially for just $11 with the fries. Our drinks were excellent and really inexpensive. I don’t remember what they were called, the server suggested something and that’s what we got.”
“Just went to Kona again today 7/27/22, this place is awesome- they have best gluten free items. my favorite salads- so YUM Ian ( our server) was superb everytime i am in Meridian i come to Kona”
“The staff here is very cool and understanding to anyone that needs a spot to hang out for a sec. Bartenders have been nothing but sweet woman to me so I recommend stopping by and supporting them and getting some food and drink.
P.S. When the nice bartender says its time to go home. She is prolly right and you should leave lol.
Thanks White Water”
“Love the lobster bisque and rolls with honey butter! I also lost my wallet in the parking lot yesterday, staff found it and held it for me! And they wouldn’t take a reward!”
“Went to El Tenampa to celebrate my daughter's graduation from Boise State University. The main server was a great guy, Hispanic, in his 50s and struck me as someone who actually might be the owner. There were 10 of us yet we got seated within 3 minutes. The food was great and reasonably priced but the best part was this man's constant attention to us. He must have visited our table 15 times bringing food and refills on drinks. He addressed us as "amigos" and "primo" in the most friendly way. His love of working in this restaurant and serving the public was plain to see and he could teach a course on how to be an excellent server. I live over 400 miles away but his great service to our family on my daughter's special day will make me want to visit El Tenampa again!”
“Outstanding gentlemen at the register! And phenomenal customer service! Food is always on point! Not to mention the restaurant is cleaner than before!”
“I'm a Cajun from da mouth of the South (New Iberia, LA) and I approve of this place. We boil dem crustaceans in the seasoning, tho. Also, check out Louisiana Soul Bayou by the IMAX theater if you want legit Cajun food, made fresh by someone from my back of the woods!”
“Great lunch menu, had the bow tie pasta with chicken and it was wonderful. Good and friendly service, and good prices.”
“I came in and made an order for 6 traditional and 6 boneless wings they gave me boneless but I didn't check my bag before I got back to the hospital room when I saw the mistake I called in and explained and asked for traditional. I came back for them and walked out the door, thought to check them just in case and they were wrong. So I turned around and explained to the girl that I asked for traditional and she rudely told me that's what I got and then when I said they were boneless she said that's what I asked for and then I kindly but firmly insisted that I didn't ask for boneless, I wanted traditional, she got mad and stormed off to the back and came back and yelled at me that the manager said if I wanted my wings I had to pay for them. I called my boyfriend very upset because this was just one of those things that was the last straw, my boyfriend is in the hospital, he almost died yesterday, and now he's admitted and getting yelled at over wings was just overwhelming. He called in and they finally gave me my correct wings but not without mean remarks before their kitchen doors even closed. I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience, but I'm just disappointed you guys had no kindness.”

“This Blimpie store on Main St in Meridian is so good; clean; efficient and loaded with friendly staff! Our orders are always done the way WE LIKE THEM! The staff are always friendly. Our to go orders are correct. When we order food for our helpful worker-friends, they've loved it all! The Moxie Java that's also there makes this Blimpie location perfect. The management staff are terrific, too. Keep up the standard of excellence, cause it shows!”

“I just had to write a review to acknowledge the great lunch we recently had the pleasure of having at Marie Callender's in Meridian. My friend and I were on our way home (to Council) from Salt Lake City and were looking for somewhere to have a good lunch, well this was definitely the place to go! It was the best meal we had in the last 2 days and it didn't cost us an "arm and a leg". and we each had a slice of pie!!! When in this area next time this is where to go!! Great staff as well!!”
“Great chicken option. We came through the drive thru at 3pm when it wasn't too busy, so our order was made fresh. The chicken was lightly breaded and the quality of the chicken meat was excellent. I feel it was worth the wait to get the chicken made fresh. I don't know if they make it fresh every time, but I feel they should. I think most people, like me, would be willing to wait the extra few minutes for fresh chicken. I only left 4 stars for atmosphere, but that's only because I only came through Thre drive thru and didn't go into the building”

“In-N-Out is simple, consistent, and does what it does really well. The menu is basic, but the food is always fresh and dependable. The burgers and fries taste the same every time, and I like knowing exactly what to expect when we stop here. It’s an easy choice when you want a straightforward burger and fries.”
“Been four times in the past two months since discovering the place. Food is fantastic.... service is hit or miss. Just left after waiting five/six minutes without acknowledgement by any staff after being seated, watched others getting served almost immediately after being seated. Please work on this.”
“OMG !! So I just had the best customer service from the manager tonight at Applebees, I wish I got his name anyway, he was awesome . I had my food delivered from a different service and my drink was missed and I called just to ask what happened, not a big deal by any means it’s just a drink, right . Well I told him it was all fine and not a big deal just wanted to figure it out. Didn’t know whose fault but The manager at Applebees 100% made it more then right, I appreciate him very much thank for doing what you did i hope you see this because you are doing Awesome ?”

“Julie was awesome! She was so kind and helpful. We asked about the difference between the cauliflower crust and the original crust, and she took the time to explain everything to us.
She also surprised us with a free dessert. Woohoo!! 🤣 Such a sweet gesture. Great customer service and such a positive attitude. Thank you, Julie, for making our visit so enjoyable!”
“We took the grandkids in and the churros were fresh and warm, soft inside and delicious! We were greeted well and one of the owners was working. She was so friendly and even gave us an additional taste test of some freshly made churro brownies and they were wonderful! Bring the kids and remember to be a kid when you bite into the crunchy, gooey deliciousness of their churros!!”
