“Stopped in a few weeks ago on a Saturday night and ordered five drinks. We ordered the Pretty in Pink, Summer Lovin, Dracula, and two customs sodas. “The people working are always kind and are trying to keep up with orders while keeping stocked on pretzels. I hate to say it, truly, but today it wasn't too busy and there was a wait for pretzels bites, which by itself I don't mind but after i finally got the bites, they were not cooked. It was not just one cup, but all 3 I ordered pizza bites (small) and they were just like doe. They stretched and pulled and every piece did not have pepperoni on it. I don't quite understand how that can happen but either way. Eating raw doe is not healthy. I did take 2 of them back and they kindly gave me 2 new ones that were perfect. It just goes to show that if a mistake is made it can be resolved easily and quickly.Vegetarian options: Even tho all the classics contain milk. For vegans. There are many plant based options. And all smoothies have fruit in them. It's a great place for a snack“
“I cannot say enough great things about this location!!! We went to a different location tonight and they messed up our 2 drinks THREE TIMES! I ended up leaving irritated with our drinks still incorrect. It was their fault for not using the iPad and just trying to memorize it in 4 seconds. So I ended up stopping by this location after visiting the incompetent location. And Seriously THEY'RE THE BEST!!! I wish I knew who helped us tonight!! I've seen him a million times I just don't know his name. He is absolutely amazing and made everything right. He apologized for something he didn't do, and has never done, and compassionately helped us. The team here is seriously so so fabulous!!! They nail it every time!!! & If for some reason they make a mistake they'll happily correct it and they'll make sure it's right before you leave!!! To the owner of this location: I vote all of your employees here get raises! Or at least a fun extra of some kind! They are not only spectacular but they have taken a hard core veteran Starbucks goer and turned her into a Dutch Bros fan! I did not like Dutch Bros at all before I tried this location! I didn't have enough time to make it to Starbucks one day, reluctantly I went here and now I go buy coffee from your crew everyday of not multiple times a day!!!! They were the reason! They helped me figure out drinks I'd like and I actually love my Dutch Bros coffee more than anything I've ever had at Starbucks. They also pay attention to me. I get asked about how my "redecorating the living room" is going, how my classes are going this semester, and if my oldest son is doing better with his rocky transition into middle school. These are questions my friends ask me!!! & They ask me without me reminding them of anything I've told them!!! Not only is that incredibly impressive it seriously makes me feel welcomed and wanted as THEIR customer!!!!“

“Today, I decided I needed a little pick me up so I went to dutch. I was crying.. they could tell. They wrote the sweetest message on my drink and little did they know, I had just come from the vet around the corner from putting my childhood dog down. I needed that more than they knew. “There we were, just visited the nutrishop next door. My wife was a little hangry, but luckily had some Greek yogurt, but alas she was spoonless. Thinking quickly we knew this place had the best acai bowls in the business complex, we hopped right in and asked if we could use one. They were super gracious and friendly and gifted us with the one thing we desperately needed, a spoon.We went back to the car, and a sense of horror struck us like a home run in the NFL. She has left the Greek yogurt in her car. These lovely people from the Nekter Juice Bar let us borrow one of their precious spoons, yet in the end we had no use, I greatly apologize for that Nekter.For the last 2 weeks that spoon has been sitting in my center consol just being the absolute chillest spoon ever. We have had our laughs, we have had our cries. I have named him Spence, and needless to say me and Spence the Spoon have become the greatest of friends.10/10 would 'borrow' a spoon again.“
