“I’ve been to/ordered from Red Fort a lot, and always enjoyed it, but it’s those outlier experiences that get you to remember to write a review, for better or worse. Last night we celebrated my daughter’s birthday and we decided to DoorDash an order from them. This was a long distance order. We got the food, and as usual it was amazing. Absolutely stellar entrees. But something got mixed up in the kitchen and something sweet my kid ordered was seasoned savory, which just didn’t work. So I shot them an email, referencing my order number. I was expecting that they could double check to make sure no other orders had that issue, maybe give me a coupon for next time. No. A manager called me. Because of how far we are (30 minute drive), rather than reemploy DoorDash, he *personally* drove a fixed version of her item—plus extras—out to us. This was a smaller item, not her main food. We’d have been okay. But it made her birthday having the problem fixed. This is the best customer service I’ve received, and paired with the quality of the rest of the food and the fair prices, it pains me to say since they are a franchise, but Red Fort is quickly becoming my favorite Indian restaurant in the valley. Highly recommend.“

“We tried Soup Kettle for the firsr time after the Nampa location opened and we are addicted. We got at least twice a week, we've had their breakfast croissants, other sandwiches, soup and milk teas. Everything has been delicious and the employees are always so sweet and helpful.“

“It has been years since we had a meal at a Blaze Pizza, we'll what a surprise. We went there Sunday in a group of 6. We ordered 5 different pizzas and even our 4 and 6 year old granddaughters enjoyed their meals. To me a crust and how it holds up is important and we were impressed. Good pizza and the side salad ordered was large and tasty. Give them a try“

“I think Nathan might be one of the best servers that I have ever had in my entire life. Our drinks were never not full, our food was out in 10 minutes, and Nathan kept us laughing the entire time. Truly cannot recommend having him as your server enough. We’ll be back soon and hopefully when Nathan is working!!!!“

“Got takeout for dinner tonight and it was wonderful and delicious! Husband got the gyro dinner and I ordered the falafel dinner. Everything came out fresh and perfect! The Greek salad is light and very refreshing. The rice was so very flavorful and left us wanting more. I’ve had Greek food in a lot of places and they are very good. The tzatziki was perfect accompaniment to each entree. Definitely check this place out!“

“Always an above and beyond experience here! Wait time far shorter than quoted. My favorite restaurant in all of Idaho. With super happy, friendly staff and excellent food. My fiance took us for Valentine's Day and I want to shout out our awesome waitress M'lissa from last night, she was epic. Everyone there was working their tails off and with the holiday and I appreciate them all too, but she was an absolute delight. 10/10 five stars.“

“In n out takes a lot of pride in their work. Fro. The quality of the ingredients to the cleanliness of the store. I like getting a cheese burger animal style with chopped chillies and whike grilled onion and extra light animal style fries extra grilled onions and extra spread on the side with a strawberry lemonade.“

“Loved the bowl. Something for everyone. My daughter and I enjoyed the bowls and shared a Korean corn dog. They even had French fries for my Grandson, who loves fries. We sat outside and enjoyed the sun. I can't wait to get another Korean corndog for my husband to try. I know he'll love it as much as I did.“

“First time here since I just moved to the area from Coeur d’alene, and I have to say I’ll be here more often. coffee and breakfast items were made perfectly, friendly staff and good conversation to start my day. Plus deals thru the week like BOGO and happy hours. :)“

“A bit loud and we were seated in a little booth with 5 people, so not ideal for elbow room, but the food is fantastic. Highly recommend the Fiesta Platter- carne asada, chicken, and shrimp with beans and rice. Prices are reasonable. My vegetarian teenager had the Huevos Rancheros and said it was his favorite dish he's ever ordered at a Mexican restaurant which is a HUGE compliment from my budding food critic. We'll be back!“

“Atmosphere was excellent. I am hard of hearing and often cannot follow conversations in large dining rooms,not sure why, but I did not encounter that problem here.
The food eas excellent, served HOT and according to my particular needs.
I was the last to arrive to the group I was meeting and was served right along with the others, and we split the check which can be nightmarish for the servers, there were 8 of us, and it was handled with smiles.“

“We come here religiously once a week for the adult grilled cheese, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff always goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. It’s one of those places that just feels good to be in. “Visiting from Massachusetts and went to Big Al’s to watch the Pats game 12/14/25 Got the Nachos and Dad got the pizza First off great size on the nachos, tons of cheese and great flavors, Dad loved the pizza. Our server Corey was awesome and very attentive, we never had an empty glass at our table as he would bring out the next one before we ran out. He was also very informative about the menu and helped us make our selections. The whole staff was welcoming and even though they were closing early for a private event we never felt rushed at all. If you are ever in the area I would suggest coming to big Al’s especially to watch a sporting event. Next time I come to Idaho I will definitely be back to Big Al’s“

“I looked all over Meridian and Boise until I could find a place that actually Juiced fresh fruits and vegetables while you waited and not already pre-made in a container. The most important thing about juicing is getting it as fresh as humanly possible not sitting around in a refrigerator for who knows how long. This place is absolutely the best with organic fruits and vegetables made to order“

When we had a miscommunication via the drive-thru yesterday, they insisted on replacing our meal despite my insistence of being at fault. “Their food is great but they are not limiting the amount of customers here during the Covid crisis. We were there on a Thursday evening and it was packed. All tables were full. People were not 6 ft apart and there was a crowd in the lobby which is a small area. I can see it was all about the money here and not safety. That being said, the food was good. The chow rice was 5 minutes later getting to us but was fresh and hot. We did not eat everything and asked for a to go box and the waitress said "you were not very hungry!" The seats need replacing as they are worn out and they were not following the cleaning protocol very well. I may go back some day as the honey almond shrimp is to die for!“

“Great service with a smile and they modified our order per our request. The margaritas were large and the chips and dip were great. We did not have to wait very long for our food and it was served hot. I highly recommend it.“

Everything came out perfect, literally not a single thing off. You don’t expect that level of care at a drive-thru, but Eddie brought it.
