“I’ve been to/ordered from Red Fort a lot, and always enjoyed it, but it’s those outlier experiences that get you to remember to write a review, for better or worse. Last night we celebrated my daughter’s birthday and we decided to DoorDash an order from them. This was a long distance order. We got the food, and as usual it was amazing. Absolutely stellar entrees. But something got mixed up in the kitchen and something sweet my kid ordered was seasoned savory, which just didn’t work. So I shot them an email, referencing my order number. I was expecting that they could double check to make sure no other orders had that issue, maybe give me a coupon for next time. No. A manager called me. Because of how far we are (30 minute drive), rather than reemploy DoorDash, he *personally* drove a fixed version of her item—plus extras—out to us. This was a smaller item, not her main food. We’d have been okay. But it made her birthday having the problem fixed. This is the best customer service I’ve received, and paired with the quality of the rest of the food and the fair prices, it pains me to say since they are a franchise, but Red Fort is quickly becoming my favorite Indian restaurant in the valley. Highly recommend.“

“We tried Soup Kettle for the firsr time after the Nampa location opened and we are addicted. We got at least twice a week, we've had their breakfast croissants, other sandwiches, soup and milk teas. Everything has been delicious and the employees are always so sweet and helpful.“

“We had the spicy beef garlic noodles, the Thai porkchop, the Nashville hot sandwich, and the vodka penne pasta.
The spicy beef garlic noodle were excellent, they had enough spice without being too hot. The Thai porkchop was excellent amd super tender. The Nashville hot sandwich was great. Only meal we had a problem with was the vodka penne, both the chicken and pasta was very salty. Our waiter was absent alot and we saw them standing talking to other staff.“

“Got takeout for dinner tonight and it was wonderful and delicious! Husband got the gyro dinner and I ordered the falafel dinner. Everything came out fresh and perfect! The Greek salad is light and very refreshing. The rice was so very flavorful and left us wanting more. I’ve had Greek food in a lot of places and they are very good. The tzatziki was perfect accompaniment to each entree. Definitely check this place out!“

“Went to the Matador tonight for the first time with friends and was impressed by everything but especially by the service! Our bartender Kat was very welcoming, attentive, and not to mention made delicious drinks. We will definitely be returning!“

I have been going to In &
Out since I was about 8 years old living in California. I am now 66. I can say their service is always a cut above and when you get your burgers and fries it will look the same at every location no matter where you are. Their prices are reasonable, the food is good, the fries are my favorite and have always been, also their pink lemonade. They have three easy combos and you can do what you want on them. I sometimes like both raw onion and grilled onion. They have things that are not on the menu, my son's favorite is animal fries, you might want to ask about them.

I have missed In & Out since I moved to Idaho, however they now have a couple of places here in Idaho, with a new one in Twin Falls opening soon.

If you see a long line, no worries they move through them quickly with their usual standard of service.

“Held my daughter’s bridal shower at the restaurant. They did a great job of setting up the room and allowed me to come in early to decorate for the shower. The food was fantastic and the staff were friendly and efficient in taking care of our group. Our family will definitely come back.“

“Our first visit sitting bar side. Excellent service, very attentive, friendly and engaging. I had a raspberry martini, and look how beautiful! But was it any good? Yes, ind is d it was DEEEELICIOUS! And the devils eggs were superb. My husband had the N’awlins Shrimp- holy smokes, so good. We will definitely be gong back. A good selection of choices on the menu, very reasonable prices for the food and cocktails. Looking around at what other people were eating, it would seem that you just can’t go wrong.“

“Visiting from Massachusetts and went to Big Al’s to watch the Pats game 12/14/25 Got the Nachos and Dad got the pizza First off great size on the nachos, tons of cheese and great flavors, Dad loved the pizza. Our server Corey was awesome and very attentive, we never had an empty glass at our table as he would bring out the next one before we ran out. He was also very informative about the menu and helped us make our selections. The whole staff was welcoming and even though they were closing early for a private event we never felt rushed at all. “This place is consistent. Their smoothies always taste so good. Their strawberry chia jam is very delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone. I’m never disappointed. I order on the app which saves time since they make from scratch. And you can modify your drinks and bowls.

“Their food is great but they are not limiting the amount of customers here during the Covid crisis. We were there on a Thursday evening and it was packed. All tables were full. People were not 6 ft apart and there was a crowd in the lobby which is a small area. I can see it was all about the money here and not safety. That being said, the food was good. The chow rice was 5 minutes later getting to us but was fresh and hot. We did not eat everything and asked for a to go box and the waitress said "you were not very hungry!" The seats need replacing as they are worn out and they were not following the cleaning protocol very well. I may go back some day as the honey almond shrimp is to die for!“

“My family and I love this Del Taco location. The staff is always friendly, the food is always hot and fresh, and the restaurant is always kept clean. The occasional downside is a longer drive thru wait, but other than that, we have never had an issue!“
