“I am a 57 year old Disabled Veteran who doesn’t get out much because of my health issues. But I make sure I get to the Dutch Bros on Eagle and Ustick at the very least every other day if not. Every day. Those Young Adults there treat me like family big brother type. They genuinely act so excited to see me and my Great Dane Everytime. I can’t say enough give them a visit not just for the Drinks which are excellent. Also for there very cheerful attitudes. Thank you to everyone who works there for making me feel great!!!!“

“We just had THE BEST service from Jay at Human Bean! I We we on line and he came up to take our order. I felt like Sally in when Harry Met Sally with the way I wanted my coffee. He not only handled it kindly, he said I’ll just go make that. So he went inside, made it and came back out with the best drink ever and it had 2 espresso beans because my hubby and I mentioned we were going to share it. “This is one of the busiest Starbucks I have been to. All the workers were great but for me the background noise here is less conducive to reading or having a quiet conversation with a friend. I was overstimulated here so if you tend to get that way too then be forewarned. If you thrive off that energy then you probably wouldn't notice.“

“The Starbucks inside this Albertsons location on Cherry is phenomenal. The Manager Alley is so attentive and remembers my order every time, even when I change things up. She tells whoever she is working with how I like things and I really appreciate such excellent service. Morgan, one of the baristas makes my drinks perfectly every time. I look forward to seeing everyone in the mornings. I leave earlier than I need to for work, so that I have time to stop and go in to Starbucks. Its worth it to me, versus going to one with a drive through because they have shown they care. Thank you to all the staff in the Albertsons Starbucks!“

“I enjoy some of my Starbucks experiences, but their main draw is the consistency of their menu. You can go anywhere in the world and it's the same drink. They don't have enough seating though, as everyone likes to camp out and telework for ages, and there are no options for lingering a bit. The disappointing factor, which drives me to use a competing coffee chain in the PNW (Dutch Bros), is that they ONLY have sugar free vanilla. That's it, in 2025, with our population full of diabetics. Having even worked here as a barista in the past, their coffee is very dark roasted and acidic and I'm not a fan. But, you've got consistency. There's that.

“This Dutch Bros is hands-down one of my favorite spots to grab a drink! Whether it's a Rebel, a freeze, cold brew, or one of their seasonal creations, every single drink is consistently amazing. The flavor combos are creative and always hit the spot, and they somehow manage to make everything perfect every time. I’ve never had a mess up or had to have them remake a drink.

The vibe is chill, the music’s good, and the baristas are always friendly without being over the top. It’s a nice balance between energy and laid-back service. Drive-thru is fast, and they actually get my order right every time. The quality’s there, and it feels like they care about the details. Definitely one of my favorite stops for a solid coffee fix.“

“This Starbucks location is my absolute favorite in the Treasure Valley. It is conveniently located, but beyond that, unlike other locations this location makes my nitro cold brews w/ vanilla sweet cream very consistently. At other locations, the drink tastes different almost every time. Here it tastes the same virtually every time I order it.Like many Starbucks their drive through and dine in is often extremely packed- yet these folks somehow never seem stressed. I think this is the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to.They consistently welcome you when you walk in the door, call you by name if they know it, are friendly at the register, friendly at drink pickup, friendly over the intercom and window at the drive through- doesn't matter how busy it is.Random fact: one time I brought my son here and he threw up while eating at one of the tables. One of the busy workers baristas here immediately dropped what he was doing to help grab me some cleaning supplies. I didn't want him having to touch my kid's vomit, but he was happy to keep bring me towels and whatever I needed. Amazing service.“

“I had such a great experience at Black Rock Coffee today! Allie and Peyton were both incredibly cheerful and upbeat, and their positive energy really stood out. You can tell they have an excellent work ethic—they stayed focused, efficient, and friendly the entire time.

I came in that Friday and waited a little too long for my taste before being served so left and wrote a review about it and was not fare for having a bad day. As I do miss the old staff the new staff are learning and doing a great job. Monday morning I was greeted, food was amazing, and coffee was great. The team recognized me apologized for Friday.
