“My experience here has always been positive. I come here almost daily, because it’s right next to daily morning errand for me. What can I say, Starbucks is Starbucks and with the amount of throughput they do, there are bound to be errors every now and then. People are human after all. I think I got the wrong drink just once, though. But, more important to me is the staff’s friendliness and eagerness to make things right. I often come by here when they are slammed with orders, but they never fail to greet me when I walk in the door and hand me my drink with a smile and friendly word.
