I have been going to In &
Out since I was about 8 years old living in California. I am now 66. I can say their service is always a cut above and when you get your burgers and fries it will look the same at every location no matter where you are. Their prices are reasonable, the food is good, the fries are my favorite and have always been, also their pink lemonade. They have three easy combos and you can do what you want on them. I sometimes like both raw onion and grilled onion. They have things that are not on the menu, my son's favorite is animal fries, you might want to ask about them.

I have missed In & Out since I moved to Idaho, however they now have a couple of places here in Idaho, with a new one in Twin Falls opening soon.

If you see a long line, no worries they move through them quickly with their usual standard of service.

Oh a new thing that is something I now need in my life is a dedicated Gluten Free allergy area! Both for the burgers and fries, so go enjoy!“

“I came in today on 2/11/2026, it was my first time eating there. The food was quite good and I had a great experience with a gentleman. I believe his name was Mckason, he was very polite and made sure I had everything I needed. Not many workers these days are like him! But Overall a very nice restaurant!“

“My wife and I decided to have a quick meal and Habit never disappoints. On this visit, I forgot to order my burger with cheese and Bryce, the counter person took my burger back and had the cook put cheese on my burger. I offered to pay but he said it was no big deal. They even melted the cheese onto both my patties and rebuilt the burger. Now that's service! Unexpectedly, Bryce came to our table and gave us a coupon for a free double char with cheese. I told him it was completely my fault but he insisted. Great service! Thanks to Bryce and the manager for making our dinner a great experience.“

“Despite being located in one of the busiest Wal-Marts in town, this crew always provides exceptional service. The gentleman who took our order, John, let us know about the trio deal BK has going on and saved us quite a bit of money, I can't remember the last time I got this much food for my fiancée and I for under $20. Could the glory days of BK be making a return? You be the judge.

“Best of Meats ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best of Meats aka BOM is a new meat-centric Boise-based food truck that serves Japanese charcoal grilled meat. They offer appetizers, mains, desserts and drinks. I visited for the first time on 11/12/20 and ordered a Grilled Platter. Platters come with two skewers of meat, seasoned rice, cabbage and house sauce. I wanted the beef tenderloin but they were out. I ordered one chicken thigh skewer and one pork tenderloin skewer ($13). That week, everyone who ordered a platter received a free Glazed Donut Ice Cream dessert. One of the owners heard me mention that I was bringing the food back to my office, he generously threw in two more skewers of meat for me to share with my coworkers. I and my three coworkers unanimously agreed BOM deserves a 5 star rating. I am no expert when it comes to Japanese charcoal grilled meat but the meat was high-quality, flavorful and tender. It was served on top of a generous bed of rice and cabbage with a delicious house sauce. The appetizers which consist of two meat skewers, would be perfect for those following a Keto or Paleo diet. Highly recommended!!!“

“OMG !! So I just had the best customer service from the manager tonight at Applebees, I wish I got his name anyway, he was awesome . I had my food delivered from a different service and my drink was missed and I called just to ask what happened, not a big deal by any means it’s just a drink, right . Well I told him it was all fine and not a big deal just wanted to figure it out. “My family really love the Milehigh shakes of Arctic Circle. We were excited to visit this Arctic Circle for the first time. We ordered the Moose tracks shakes and they were absolutely delicious! The service was friendly and very quick. I definitely recommend this restaurant.“

“The residents of Spring Creek Ustick assisted living LOVES these guys. We go in for lunch outings quite often and they always go above and beyond for our seniors and make them feel special. When they heard our residents were feeling down with all the restrictions right now, they sent 2 amazing ice cream cakes and Dilly bars for our staff to let us know they were thinking about us and hoped we were staying healthy. We cannot thank you enough for the joy you brought them. You will be our first official outing when we are able.“

“The woman who helped me and my boys today at the register was a Rockstar! I asked about the McDonald's happy meal toy collection and she was more than accommodating! I proceeded to take up a bit of her time over these toys before purchasing several. At no point whatsoever did she seem inconvenienced or irritated. She went well above and beyond to make sure I left happy and to get my order correct! People like this, much less employees are rare. I had a very exhausting day and she was the highlight of my day with her positive warm disposition. Job well done girl! And BTW LOVE THE NAILS!

“I went through the drive thru to get two orders of fries and the cashier Madeline accidentally dropped the bag of fries (it was a group effort) and got me new fries and a free small frostie. She did a great job and was very nice! I will definitely be returning!“
