Best of Meats aka BOM is a new meat-centric Boise-based food truck that serves Japanese charcoal grilled meat. They offer appetizers, mains, desserts and drinks. I visited for the first time on 11/12/20 and ordered a Grilled Platter. Platters come with two skewers of meat, seasoned rice, cabbage and house sauce. I wanted the beef tenderloin but they were out. The varied menu includes multiple skewers, vegetables, chicken, salmon, scallops, cage free chicken tenderloin, and wild Argentine garlic shrimp.
