I have been going to In &
Out since I was about 8 years old living in California. I am now 66. I can say their service is always a cut above and when you get your burgers and fries it will look the same at every location no matter where you are. Their prices are reasonable, the food is good, the fries are my favorite and have always been, also their pink lemonade. They have three easy combos and you can do what you want on them. I sometimes like both raw onion and grilled onion. They have things that are not on the menu, my son's favorite is animal fries, you might want to ask about them.

I have missed In & Out since I moved to Idaho, however they now have a couple of places here in Idaho, with a new one in Twin Falls opening soon.

If you see a long line, no worries they move through them quickly with their usual standard of service.

Oh a new thing that is something I now need in my life is a dedicated Gluten Free allergy area! Both for the burgers and fries, so go enjoy!“

“I came in today on 2/11/2026, it was my first time eating there. The food was quite good and I had a great experience with a gentleman. I believe his name was Mckason, he was very polite and made sure I had everything I needed. Not many workers these days are like him! But Overall a very nice restaurant!“

“Great chicken option. We came through the drive thru at 3pm when it wasn't too busy, so our order was made fresh. The chicken was lightly breaded and the quality of the chicken meat was excellent. I feel it was worth the wait to get the chicken made fresh. I don't know if they make it fresh every time, but I feel they should. I think most people, like me, would be willing to wait the extra few minutes for fresh chicken. I only left 4 stars for atmosphere, but that's only because I only came through Thre drive thru and didn't go into the building“

“The residents of Spring Creek Ustick assisted living LOVES these guys. We go in for lunch outings quite often and they always go above and beyond for our seniors and make them feel special. When they heard our residents were feeling down with all the restrictions right now, they sent 2 amazing ice cream cakes and Dilly bars for our staff to let us know they were thinking about us and hoped we were staying healthy. We cannot thank you enough for the joy you brought them. You will be our first official outing when we are able.“

“I really enjoyed the chicken and fries, and both were cooked perfectly. The chicken was flavorful, juicy, and had a great crispy texture. The fries were hot, fresh, and seasoned just right. The portion size was generous and left me satisfied. Service was friendly and my food arrived quickly. The restaurant clearly puts effort into making tasty food. However, I noticed that the Portuguese flag displayed at the restaurant had the colors printed incorrectly. It was a small detail, but it stood out to me because the Portuguese flag has a very specific red and green color arrangement. Despite that mistake, I would still come back for the excellent chicken and fries.“

“I think this is an amended review. The first time I went I tried Mike's way. Let's just say for me it was not a 5 star experience. I don't want to say Mike's way is bad but it definitely wasn't for me. Went again and got it Dan's way. (Things that I like on it without the vinegar and oil...no need for a soup sandwich) And really had a nice experience. No complaints at all. Again the vinegar and oil thing just isn't for me but I know the ones who like it love it. No complaints the other way and the people that work there have always been great.“

“The woman who helped me and my boys today at the register was a Rockstar! I asked about the McDonald's happy meal toy collection and she was more than accommodating! I proceeded to take up a bit of her time over these toys before purchasing several. At no point whatsoever did she seem inconvenienced or irritated. “I never thought I'd say this, but I'll have to ask for a Thinner milkshake next time. Every flavor I have tried was amazing, but they are so thick as to require a spoon. I buy milkshakes to be portable ice cream but even though these are served with Boba straws I actually hurt my mouth and split the straw trying to get some of the shake into my mouth. So buyer beware! Their milkshakes may not be very on-the-go friendly but they sure do taste good!“
