“Great chicken option. We came through the drive thru at 3pm when it wasn't too busy, so our order was made fresh. The chicken was lightly breaded and the quality of the chicken meat was excellent. I feel it was worth the wait to get the chicken made fresh. I don't know if they make it fresh every time, but I feel they should. I think most people, like me, would be willing to wait the extra few minutes for fresh chicken. I only left 4 stars for atmosphere, but that's only because I only came through Thre drive thru and didn't go into the building“

“As a mom when I take my kids to an where that has a play area, making sure they stay safe is so important. I expressed a concern that someone kids were not following the rules and the staff immediately addressed the situation! That's means the world. Truly is a great location!“

“The crew running at 6: 00pm on August 2nd was absolutely amazing. He took the time with my order and I even called before my visit and he answered a few questions for me. “A very fun place to go alone, with friends, or with family! They have really good food, and they offer *sizes* of ice cream cones. I was able to get one about the size of my head. It was absolutely wonderful. They have great treats, which is one of the things I love the most about Fanci Freez. Their food is definitely worth trying as well, though. Their fries are an absolutely lovely crispy texture. The breading for the chicken strips is also very crispy and it's just delightful. You get as much food or more than what's worth the price you pay. They use authentic ingredients for their shakes (for example, they use real strawberries for their strawberry shakes).“

“First time customer today on my son's recommendation, and I was not disappointed. Juicy third pound hamburger with all the fixins'. Just the way an old time hamburger should be.“

“We got done with family photos and needed a quick bite to eat. We made our way into this Jersey Mike's. We haven't been to this location. We didn't realize that there were no tables to be able to eat at. Honestly, after dealing with their air conditioning not working, I don't think I would have enjoyed eating there.

The staff was super kind considering they were working in such horrible conditions. It was cooler outside than inside. And it's hot outside, we are in the tail end of summer. We were mid 90's today. I could only imagine how hot it was inside. I have worked in conditions like this before and it's miserable. The fact that they worked through that heat is something to be commended for.

We all enjoyed our food. We ate our goodies in the car with the air blasting. Everything was prepared nicely. I walked back in to throw our trash away and to grab some extra napkins. I did talk to the employees about propping the door open to get some air moving through the facility. They stated it was going to be a month to get it fixed. They had already been working in that heat for a week already. I hope they get the air conditioner fixed sooner than a month. No one should be working in that unbearable kind of heat.

Service was great today. All of our food was tasty. I always get the 99 in a bowl with banana peppers. It's always so good! I do hope they get that air conditioner corrected soon. No one should be working in such a miserable work space.“

“Hudson was the cashier, great young man. I was having trouble with the app Hudson what super polite and patient he showed me how to do it. I really love being back in Idaho the young people are so much more polite the workers do their job with kindness. The burger was good too“

“The residents of Spring Creek Ustick assisted living LOVES these guys. We go in for lunch outings quite often and they always go above and beyond for our seniors and make them feel special. When they heard our residents were feeling down with all the restrictions right now, they sent 2 amazing ice cream cakes and Dilly bars for our staff to let us know they were thinking about us and hoped we were staying healthy. We cannot thank you enough for the joy you brought them. You will be our first official outing when we are able.“

“I think this is an amended review. The first time I went I tried Mike's way. Let's just say for me it was not a 5 star experience. I don't want to say Mike's way is bad but it definitely wasn't for me. Went again and got it Dan's way. (Things that I like on it without the vinegar and oil...no need for a soup sandwich) And really had a nice experience. No complaints at all. Again the vinegar and oil thing just isn't for me but I know the ones who like it love it. No complaints the other way and the people that work there have always been great.“

I got an "El doctoro" that was horchata and Dr.Pepper and it was great, and cheap too! Service was relatively quick (we ordered 7 drinks and it took them no more than 10/15 minutes to make them all). “I went through the drive thru to get two orders of fries and the cashier Madeline accidentally dropped the bag of fries (it was a group effort) and got me new fries and a free small frostie. She did a great job and was very nice! I will definitely be returning!“

“The woman who helped me and my boys today at the register was a Rockstar! I asked about the McDonald's happy meal toy collection and she was more than accommodating! I proceeded to take up a bit of her time over these toys before purchasing several. At no point whatsoever did she seem inconvenienced or irritated. She went well above and beyond to make sure I left happy and to get my order correct! People like this, much less employees are rare.
