“I went through the drive through today and just got the roast beef sandwich and mozzarella sticks. The food is always so yummy. But, that’s not why I am leaving a review. Tabitha was the one to take my order and give me our food. It is so hard to find kind customer service and she is wonderful. “Great food and great service every time we come here. Our crew stops at different Panda Express locations around Boise pretty often while working, and the food is always fresh and consistent. Fast service too, even when they’re busy. Definitely recommend 👍“

“The color scheme of the restaurant feels like they don't want to be inviting people in!!! Wood, clay, cement, dull, lifeless, wasteland, depression, hopeless are just a few of the thoughts that come to mind when I go in every McDonald's these days! The only thing that made my experience noteworthy was the greetings the live person gave me at the front counter! Great man! The food was ok but I asked for add bacon and I got one strip folded in half and was charged $2 for it and asked for tomatos on my sandwich, I received one tomato that was 2/3rds smaller than the sandwich itself! I asked for lettuce! Less than 10 shreds on it! I'm 50 years young now and it is getting harder to be proud to say I got to eat at McDonald's today as a child I was a king when I told my friends that! As a worker of my first job I got to be apart of making McDonald's great!“

“Frequently order food for dinner from this location as it is close to my work. 9/10 times have 0 issues. Order is correct, portion is good, ingredients fresh. When I do encounter a situation where they don’t have an ingredient I requested, they are communicative and apologetic every time. That’s not very common when you’re having food delivered and not actually there face-to-face with the employees, so I want to give kudos to the employees at the store for always making sure to leave a note and an apology and substituting to make things right without having to be asked“

“I can’t even begin to describe why my family and I prefer this Wendy’s over any other in the Treasure Valley. But, there was one young man who stood out tonight that definitely deserves recognition. I didn’t get his name, unfortunately, but he was a young brunette employee wearing the red Wendy’s visor during the night shift on 12/19. My fiancé and two children had gone through drive thru to pick up some grub after dropping my daughters friend off. There was about $8 worth of an order, but my fiancé had left her purse at home. Instead of saying “tough luck” and sending them on their way, this young man whipped out his personal debit card and paid for the order. Such a kind and generous offer from a generation that doesn’t get credit anymore. This definitely shed some gracious light on what’s been a tough year for us all. Thank you, Wendy’s Employee. I hope the management staff see’s this and applauds him accordingly.“

“This Taco Bell is one of the best in the treasure Valley. It is always clean and well kept. The service is very speedy. The workers are very friendly and tolerant of me, my family and my kids. There’s a a Taco Bell closer to our house that we avoid just to come to this one.“
