“We honestly had the BEST fast food experience. I’ve traveled a lot of places and don’t usually review fast food restaurants, only because it’s an after thought. I do however have to give kudos when necessary. This location was so friendly from the ordering, paying, to pickup each window gave us pleasant convo. Our food was so fresh, fried in fresh grease, perfectly seasoned fries, and my boyfriend’s burger looked fresh off a picture. I know this will not be everyone’s experience and shifts and times of day when you get food matters, but I can say ours was awesome. Kudos to the team for being cheerful in such a monotonous job!“

“using fool language! harassing new employees! to busy trying to make the new person fell unwelcomed they had a long wait line in the drive through!! hair in my sandwich!! 100% do not recommend! they don't even keep up with washing there hands have seat and watched them work n I have worked at plenty of restaurants to know they don't do nothing by the book!! don't know how to train people the right way they just expect for the new people to know what they are doing! cursing Lots!!! they can't even acknowledge the fact that I was standing inside waiting for someone to take my order!! and the manager sits there and here's their employees talking crap about somebody and doesn't even put an end to it just sits there and lets it keep going honestly I think they need new management“

“Wow what a great group of people working at this subway! Julia the manager and team are all doing a great job working together. One of the employees had a social misunderstanding with a customer and immediately an employee who I believe was the manager stepped in to help her employee work through this difficult situation and calmly help the customer. I really can’t explain how good of a job this subway and this group of employees is doing! Working together to help her team member while calmly handling situations and making great food as they do it. I’ve left a a review with corporate subway on what a great job Julia is doing and hope the owner reads this review. Clearly this owner is doing a great job by hiring employees with a wide range of backgrounds and is making the mountain home community better for it! Can’t say enough good things about this group of employees on June 6th 2024 1pm lunch time.“

“Whomever is on evening shift (after 7pm) on Sunday night ROCKS! I am bariatric, have lost 400 pounds, and on a High Protein Low Fiber diet. Cantina bowls are the answer to my TBell cravings. I can always count on getting a bowl Sunday night that will give me at least four meals! Thanks folks! ??

“I honestly love this Pizza Hut, the pan pizza actually has a crisp to it because they make it correctly.

But I will say that today they didn't give me the extra cheese I asked for. They did refund my money on the spot though.

When you get the food fresh and eat inside the restaurant, this is an entirely different experience than your average Pizza Hut.“

“One day, after a long day after work, I decided to go into subway because I was craving this particular sandwich I haven't had in a very long day. I was heading to Wally world (because where else are you going to get groceries in mountain home that also has a subway inside) and after doing enough shopping for the day I went into the subway. When I walked in it was like a miracle dream, customers were happy, it was a clean and nice, and the workers were smiling. That boosted my mood for the day and I went to go to order my sandwich, the two very nice workers Jay and Gavin, were present and ready to make my sandwich. Since I was the only one ordering at that moment Jay went into the back to do subway worker things and Gavin decided to order. My favorite order is a spicy Italian with mozzarella which lettuce olives and mayo on top. Gavin with a smile on his face put on all ingredients very delicately, making sure my sandwich would be the best I've ever had. We picked up a conversation about the gym and he had mentioned he benches 225! That's crazy and I knew this was gonna be the best sandwich I ever had because what subway worker works this hard and also can bench that much!?!? When he handed me my sandwich with confidence I became a very happy customer and walked out the store gleefully and ready to eat this amazing sandwich. However once I got to my car someone started to try and mug me! The guy was holding a knife and wanted me to hand him my wallet. I was so scared and didn't know what to do, but then I saw someone coming up behind him. And guess what, it was Gavin! Gavin came up behind the mugger, twisted the muggers wrist and pinned him to the ground. Gavin is truly a hard worker and after that interaction, I trust him with my life.“
