I regularly visit the Wendy's on Chinden since it is so close to my work. I just want to acknowledge the customer service I received today. Their new manager is amazing and goes above and beyond. While I ate my meal he made sure to check in on each customer and make sure everything was OK with their meals. This is customer service on a level you don't often see anymore.
Staff here is awesome, had a small mistake on a order, and the gentleman working the counter made it right and offered me a frosty. Very kind people, love this location! GIVE THEM RAISES!!!

Last two times king here the food has been cold or didn't have what I wanted. Last order fries came out very cold and old, you can tell they were not freshly cooked. Service is good and attentive, restaurant was maintained, but there were some dirty table that needed wiping.
