February 8th we ordered through the drive through and took the meals home which is 2 minutes away , while eating my hamburger I bit into something hard it was pieces of wood , I called the manager and all he wanted to do was give me another hamburger or refund my money I took it back showed him a picture and still acted like oh no big deal , area manager spoke with me after about a week and a half of waiting on his call and same attitude. Be careful

The cashier / manager which was a lady had an absolutely horrible attitude. When I was making my order she asked me questions and didn’t specify and when I asked what she meant she raised her voice, yelled and got mad with nasty attitude. She also had attitude with other customers when they asked simple questions. These events happend on 2/26/24 at around eleven o clock. The cashier had a red shirt and hat different from all the other crew members and is aged around her 30s and 40s. The crew member also had a very large double chin. I belive this crew member should be put on leave or removed from the establishment.

Last two times king here the food has been cold or didn't have what I wanted. Last order fries came out very cold and old, you can tell they were not freshly cooked. Service is good and attentive, restaurant was maintained, but there were some dirty table that needed wiping.

I regularly visit the Wendy's on Chinden since it is so close to my work. I just want to acknowledge the customer service I received today. Their new manager is amazing and goes above and beyond. While I ate my meal he made sure to check in on each customer and make sure everything was OK with their meals. This is customer service on a level you don't often see anymore.

I went through the drive thru and politely asked them if they could drop me fresh nuggets. The cashier sweetly says no problem! And I thanked her, I was really greatful. 30 sec after cashing out I was handed my bag. I told her I was told they'd drop me fresh nuggets (still politely), she says "oh I'm pretty sure they were dropped just a little but ago". Parked in parking lot- cold nuggets. Thx.
