“This location could use some improvement, but they seem to be trying. I will say that I have only had one notedly “really bad” experience. I was in the drive thru for over 20 minutes after I had come back home and drove over 10+ hours that day. The girl was very apologetic and explained that they had some issues that were out of their control. It was difficult and clearly bad timing.“
“Best A&W location in the Treasure Valley. I've come here for lunch 3 times, and it is good every time. The bacon burger with fries is my favorite combo, and the root beer floats are amazing. I enjoy the retro atmosphere as well. I've been to multiple A&W-KFC co-branded locations, but I enjoy standalone A&W locations like this one much more. I would like to see more standalone A&W's in the Treasure Valley. 10/10“
“Loved the atmosphere, service all of it. There spicy cowgirl hamburger was good my husband said, and the pull pork slider for the kids menu was bomb according to our daughter, but I was very sad when I saw that my pull pork fries were over cooked. The fries were burnt bad, but they were so nice I didn't want to get anyone in trouble and bring them back in. I would have felt bad if someone got in trouble. So food gets 2 stars only because fries were burnt and kids menu could be bigger serving portions.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly just note if your kids an eater the portions for kids are small.Wheelchair accessibility: You will be able to gwt your wheelchair in and out with ease!“
“Great service. Tri tip was beyond expectation for a bar... was not expecting that. Staff was very friendly and talkative. Place was pretty clean and looks great after the remodel. I personally wish they had more drink options in terms of higher end bottles and less common drinks but still plenty of options; maybe that will happen as the business grows.“

“Big Dog burgers are the best, you get the best value than anywhere else in town. For the price point of the meal, which most are around $18 a meal, you get a soda, a HUGE hamburger, and a very generous portion of tots. Which are always cooked to perfection, the best part is. It’s not fast food, it’s not slopped together in a hurry like other places. They take their time to cook every burger to perfection, including making sure all of the packaging looks amazing. Every burger comes out of that truck, picture perfect. The customer service is some of the best I’ve ever seen. The crew treats all customers like their friends, and the atmosphere feels inviting and cozy. No one else has sauces like theirs, with combinations that are out of this world, the only “down side” you could say, is that it’s not your quick 3 minute or less stop. However, you can taste the difference, they aren’t cooking to pump out profit.
