Fruitland doesn't get a lot of attention but we found a nice little eatery that is worth a stop when near Payette, Ontario or Weiser. Hitchcock Station is an old gas station that's bern transformed into a hamburger joint. And more than just a burger shack. Local ingredients, 5 star customer service and amazing prices for the top tier burgers in probably a 25 mile radius I got to chat with the owner who is hardworking and kind genuinely an awesome dude they even have a water station I don’t know about y’all but good water is such a selling point for me

Why Hitchcock? Why must you be so delicious? We’ve lived in the area (Payette really) and haven’t stopped by until the last month or so. Your breakfast (we’ve had the whole menu) and burgers are incredible. Don’t get me started on the shakes. 100/10. The best food within a 50 mile radius, hands down.
