“Good grief! This place was the best Uber eats discovery! Fell at the bottom of the list when looking for food and I took a chance. Was new name to me and the menu was simple to choose from. Even with the delivery, the fries were still crispy and the food flavorful! Went in on a Christmas eve date night to go round 2 and well worth it! Great beer selection, great food options, and the service was top notch! Down to suggestions, spot on flavors, and AWESOME customer service, I would happily not only recommend this place but venture here again next date night. Simple, good price, right vibe and excellent food!“

“We stopped by Big Bun Drive In for the first time today, and I have to say, this place is firing on all cylinders!

The server at the counter was fantastic. She took the time to walk us through the menu, answer our questions, and make some amazing recommendations. You can tell the staff genuinely wants you to have a great experience.

Then the manager, Elaina, came out to check on us and see how everything was. She even asked if we’d be willing to try their hand-battered fish and give her some feedback to make sure they’re getting it cooked to perfection. That says a lot about how much pride they take in their food.

And the food? The Baldy Burger was freaking AMAZING! 🍔 The fries and onion rings were spot on, too.

But here’s what really stood out to me: I’ve been to places with incredible food but terrible service. I’ve been to places with great service where the restaurant itself just isn’t cared for. And sometimes everything is good, but the vibe just isn’t there.

Big Bun gets it all right.

The restaurant was spotless, the food was fantastic, the staff was welcoming and genuinely helpful, and the overall atmosphere just felt right. It’s not often you find a place where the food, service, cleanliness, and hospitality all come together like they did today.

This was a home run. ⚾

“I'm just a traveler passing through with my family and we decided to get lunch at this location. Best decision make the food and service were great. Michelle our server was some other level. “Well I have to say the AI voice was a first for me. Being hearing impaired makes the choice of a female voice an issue. Male voice in a lower tone is better for being understood by hearing impaired. My order was messed up as it didn't understand I wanted 2 heath blizzard and kept adding another one. I didn't complain about it. But I would suggest you guys work on this as it's not up to the task currently and the voice is hard for some of us to understand. A confirmation screen would help a great deal. Food was good.“
