Wendy's is a clean restaurant with pleasant and funny staff. The Dave's Single burger, extra crispy fries, and chocolate frosty are enjoyed by customers. The chicken is also tasty. However, some customers have found the customer service to be rude and unwelcoming. Despite this, a kind gesture from a stranger in the drive-thru can brighten someone's day. The prices are considered high, but the quick and friendly service leaves a positive impression. Night shifts are described as hard work but fun.

The food is generally fresh and of good size, and the staff are efficient, even when facing challenges like not being able to accept credit cards.
