I visited this location today. July 11, 2026. I went through drive through. I saw an item for a summer treat online. It was a cotton candy parfait. When I tryed to order. I was told it is only a blizzard. Online it said not all locations have same or available toppings. But this location did. So I tryed to order a peanut buster parfait. And instead of hot fudge and peanuts. Add cotton candy topping and rainbow sprinkles. She said it was going to be a $3. upcharge for substitutes....read full review
Well I have to say the AI voice was a first for me. Being hearing impaired makes the choice of a female voice an issue. Male voice in a lower tone is better for being understood by hearing impaired. My order was messed up as it didn't understand I wanted 2 heath blizzard and kept adding another one. I didn't complain about it. But I would suggest you guys work on this as it's not up to the task currently and the voice is hard for some of us to understand. A confirmation screen...read full review
