“I’ve been to/ordered from Red Fort a lot, and always enjoyed it, but it’s those outlier experiences that get you to remember to write a review, for better or worse. Last night we celebrated my daughter’s birthday and we decided to DoorDash an order from them. This was a long distance order. We got the food, and as usual it was amazing. Absolutely stellar entrees. But something got mixed up in the kitchen and something sweet my kid ordered was seasoned savory, which just didn’t work. So I shot them an email, referencing my order number. I was expecting that they could double check to make sure no other orders had that issue, maybe give me a coupon for next time. No. A manager called me. Because of how far we are (30 minute drive), rather than reemploy DoorDash, he *personally* drove a fixed version of her item—plus extras—out to us. This was a smaller item, not her main food. We’d have been okay. But it made her birthday having the problem fixed. This is the best customer service I’ve received, and paired with the quality of the rest of the food and the fair prices, it pains me to say since they are a franchise, but Red Fort is quickly becoming my favorite Indian restaurant in the valley. Highly recommend.“

“My husband and I are avid sushi and ramen lovers, and this is hands down the best place we have been to in Idaho. The staff was so kind and quick to get us sat and get us our food. The sushi was absolutely amazing, we highly recommended the Island Roll and the Crispy Roll. The miso soup was delicious, and the ramen, divine. And the pricing is more than fair for the quality and quantity. We will definitely be coming back and recommending to our friends and family. Good job Island Sushi.“

“The last 5 years my husband and I have made this our go to restaurant for Afghani and Mediterranian food. Best naan in town--chewy, thick and flavorful. Service is excellent as always. “A hidden treasure, excellent baked empanadas with a delicious and wide range of fillings. Nice wine and beer selection too. The atmosphere is relaxed and service excellent. “One of favorite places too dine. Sorry no pics. Never think of it until too late. I had the Pho with short ribs. First time ordering. I usually try something different each time. The short rib melted in your mouth. It is a fusion Asian establishment so aside from sounding contradictory, it isn’t what I would consider authentic Pho. If you don’t smell like pho for a day or two, than I consider it American friendly. 🤓. It was still delicious and fresh ingredients. My wife has her staple Kao Sao (so?). Very tasty. The fresh rolls were also extremely fresh. Toffey (sp?) our hostess was awesome. She spent time with us discussing the menu and the chefs talents which we know first hand. Emily, our waitress was attentive and prompt and provided excellent service. We have never had a bad meal or service here.“

“We tried Soup Kettle for the firsr time after the Nampa location opened and we are addicted. We got at least twice a week, we've had their breakfast croissants, other sandwiches, soup and milk teas. Everything has been delicious and the employees are always so sweet and helpful.“

“My family and I went to eat here on a Sunday evening for an early dinner. I highly recommend calling ahead to see if there is a wait. This seems to be a popular place. We went around 4-5pm. As the evening goes on, it becomes busier, and it was nice to enjoy the quieter setting before things pick up. Their wait staff are attentive and kind. They work hard and make sure you are taken care of without over bugging you! The style of the restaurant is unique and clever, including artwork with cows, aliens, and a mix of farmhouse. The misfit and retro style seems to work for them. When the weather permits, they have a roll-up door in the front half of the restaurant that gives you a nice breeze of fresh air. I love their atmosphere. I had their Pineapple Express burger and fries. I 10/10 recommended this burger (personally I take off the mustard aioli or have it on the side)! This burger has so much flavor between the burger, ham, pineapple, and I like it with the pickles. Perfect hidden gem for Nampa!“

The spicy beef garlic noodle were excellent, they had enough spice without being too hot. The Thai porkchop was excellent amd super tender. The Nashville hot sandwich was great. Only meal we had a problem with was the vodka penne, both the chicken and pasta was very salty. Our waiter was absent alot and we saw them standing talking to other staff.“

The Greek salad is light and very refreshing. The rice was so very flavorful and left us wanting more. I’ve had Greek food in a lot of places and they are very good. “I love this place. I think I am a bit of a coffee snob and like my coffee or my americano black. Their coffee is great. Every once in a while there is a bean I’m not as much into but for the most part I’m typically very happy with the coffee. The pastries are amazing - best in town and really in the whole area. They have lots of study space, and a lot of room for people to have meetings. I also love walking around their gift shop- so fun to find unique gifts. I currently love their peanut butter nitro, but in the winter love their house made chai with a couple shots of espresso. My go to pastries are the multi grain scone and the breakfast sandwich. I also like the cinnamon roll, chocolate chip scone, the chocolate chip cookies, the potato haystack… I could go on. I wish we could choose 1/2 caff on the mobile order website. Every once in a while they might forget the pastry ordered or the dog treats, but they are always great about grabbing it quickly if you notice they’ve missed it. They have outdoor seating area that is pet friendly. Games and crayons available for kids.“

I have been going to In &
Out since I was about 8 years old living in California. I am now 66. I can say their service is always a cut above and when you get your burgers and fries it will look the same at every location no matter where you are. Their prices are reasonable, the food is good, the fries are my favorite and have always been, also their pink lemonade. They have three easy combos and you can do what you want on them. I sometimes like both raw onion and grilled onion. They have things that are not on the menu, my son's favorite is animal fries, you might want to ask about them.

I have missed In & Out since I moved to Idaho, however they now have a couple of places here in Idaho, with a new one in Twin Falls opening soon.

If you see a long line, no worries they move through them quickly with their usual standard of service.

Oh a new thing that is something I now need in my life is a dedicated Gluten Free allergy area! Both for the burgers and fries, so go enjoy!“

“Visiting from Massachusetts and went to Big Al’s to watch the Pats game 12/14/25 Got the Nachos and Dad got the pizza First off great size on the nachos, tons of cheese and great flavors, Dad loved the pizza. Our server Corey was awesome and very attentive, we never had an empty glass at our table as he would bring out the next one before we ran out. He was also very informative about the menu and helped us make our selections. The whole staff was welcoming and even though they were closing early for a private event we never felt rushed at all. If you are ever in the area I would suggest coming to big Al’s especially to watch a sporting event. Next time I come to Idaho I will definitely be back to Big Al’s“

“I absolutely love this Pho! I’ve been ordering To-Go’s here for years. Nothing compares to their chicken pho, it tastes fresh and it’s pure broth. Other places add fishy tastes or thick oily substances, but not this place. They do not skimp on those take out orders, it’s always hot and fresh. The tall guy with brown hair that works here is always so sweet and I never have to wait long! Only dine in occasionally, but it does get busy inside on the weekends. Please don’t ever let this ma & pa shop leave Boise!!“
