Lima Limon Taco Truck offers a simple setting and decor, but the food is phenomenal, with some of the nicest South/Central American cuisine. The service is really good, and there's a good selection of drinks. Highly recommended, especially the Tacos a Birria, which come with a delicious consommé that customers love. Despite staffing challenges, the restaurant's spirit and awesome food keep people coming back, and the owner is attentive to customer experiences.
