“We were just out for a drive that day and when we got hungry we were in Kuna. We like to support local businesses and we saw this restaurant on the old Main Street. It said Mexican/Peruvian which sounded interesting. Inside we looked at the menu and saw the picture of the Tacos a Birria and decided to share it. It was delicious! The consommé they provided was something new to us, but we loved it! Can a taco also be a french dip? So much meat, great hot sauces, and the consomme I would love to take home!“
“We used Pablo's Taco's for my birthday and they were on point!! Everyone loved the food! I personally ordered the carne asada fries. They were delicious and could feed probably 2-3 people easily! I also tried my friend's rolled potato taco just to try something I've never seen on a taco truck menu, and it was also great!“
“Seriously such a great place to eat food is delicious! Owners are amazing so kind and definitely a favorite spot! Muy Bueno Gracias tacos la Cruz! Support local taco trucks they're honestly so much better then actual restaurants.Parking: It's a good spot where they're parked!“
“I was in here recently and found out their 5-year anniversary is coming up. It reminded me that I meant to write this review about five years ago... better late than never. The easy part is that my review then would be about my review now. From the first time I walked in, I was floored by the upbeat environment. The music was lively, service extremely friendly and the drinks were on point. As a West Boise resident, it's about equidistant and in time to head to either Downtown Boise or Nampa. This place drew me to Nampa often and I can confidently say this is one of the most consistent places in all of the Valley. I enjoy it now as I did my first day and the subsequent visits since. Only difference now being the rapport with many of the staff who treat me like friends and family. Food and drinks are just right but man, great people!“
“Super tasty, quick service even when super busy.Only problem is that in the quesadillas, the onion chunks are HUGE. like the size of a child's fist. If they just cut it up a little more it would be a lot more enjoyable. The picture is not even a quarter of the onions, and all of them were this size or bigger, and all super thick. (Chapstick tube for scale)Wheelchair accessibility: Not at all accessible on your own. The doors are super heavy and they stick badly. No button to open them.“
“I love everything about this restaurant. Food is always fresh, & authentic. Customer service is always great, & prices are great too. Will continue to come here. Recommended to visit for anyone who loves authentic Mexican cuisine.Kid-friendliness: They have some smaller dishes for kids.“
“Another taco truck. The service was great. Nice people. It's on a busy corner. There's places to sit. I got asada tacos and a burrito. I was pleasantly surprised. The burrito reminded of my high school lunch break. It's different from all other trucks. I really enjoyed the burrito and loved the red sauce. It's not like another place. It has a great flavor to it. I will definitely return“
“Everything tastes homemade and like it was made with love. I'm being so serious. This place should be featured on Food Network at some point. HUGE shout out to the chefs. They are just straight up talented. (Order the al pastor taco plate :)“
“These guys are the bomb. Absolutely excellent service, super delicious food, and super professional. Here's the thank you message we sent them after they catered our wedding: (the upshot is they are totally awesome and would recommend to anyone throwing an event)Hi guys,We just want to say THANK YOU so much for catering our wedding! This was the first and only party of that size that we've ever thrown--probably no surprise!--so we really didn't know what to expect when it came to volume of food, speed of service, or even where would be best for you guys to set up.Well you guys knocked it out of the park. We so appreciate that you showed up early to figure out where you were going to set up. There was hardly a line at all while serving, everyone got their food in a timely manner--and most importantly, it was DELICIOUS and there was plenty of it!!!There was totally no fuss at all on our end to accommodate you guys. You showed up, set up, served amazing food, packed everything up, and made settling up super easy. And judging from these photo booth pics you guys had some fun too! ?Seriously, thank you again for absolutely top-notch service and delicious food. It was exactly what we were looking for and the whole experience totally exceeded our expectations. We will recommend you guys to anyone and would use you again for any event in a heartbeat--but I don't think we'll be throwing any weddings again anytime soon ?“
“Wow, just WOW! The people near Nampa Municipal airport are very lucky. They are near THE BEST tacos in the Treasure Valley. I know, high praise for a place, but this is the REAL DEAL.Taco Tuesday makes the tacos here $1 each. They are special and here is why. The street taco size corn tortillas are first placed on the flattop where the fillings are being heated up. That gives the tortillas a wonderful flavor from the juices and such that are there. Every other taco place may or may not ever heat up their tortillas, which makes those other places have stiff and lackluster tortillas. Then two of these tortillas are the bed for the delicious filling. The meats I chose today were: Carnitas, Adobado and Picadillo. Each was spectacular. Just look at the photos at the toppings that are automatically on the tacos. $4.75 for handmade tortillas maize a mano. 12 tortillas weigh 1 lb. Nice and thick. Must be ordered the day before. I will plan ahead next time. This is real Mexican food. No gobs of nasty yellow cheese here, Gringos. If you don't like what you see in the pics, you belong at McDonald's or Taco Bell. The staff is very polite and helpful. The place was immaculate. The food value is off the charts. Don't miss this opportunity to have some authentic tacos. All the trucks in Nampa who cater to Gringo palates cannot hold a candle to this place. The only place that gives Beli's a challenge is Toro Tacos, which is not far away, but has changed their hours to 5-11pm.“
“First time eating at the Nampa location. Stopped in after we had a ton of snow and I arrived right at opening. With all the snow that had fallen, they weren’t quite ready to serve, which was understandable with traffic conditions and all the extra work to open up. I was greeted super warmly and they worked extra hard to prepare my food while doing everything else to get snow removed and opening up for the day. Food came out quickly, and everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend for the service and food! Thank you again for your kindness!“
“Best Mexican food I've had in Idaho by far... and I'm born and raised in Phoenix so my tasted buds know a thing or two. I usually go for the Burrito Verde which is fantastic. Have also had the Colorado Burrito, Tacos, and Breakfast burrito, all great! Staff is always friendly and recognize you after a few trips. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed!“
