The manager was working tonight and he is super cool, friendly, and helpful. Since I was the last order of the night he gave me extra fried rice. “Ate at the Rice Work July 9th. Ordered the teriyaki, veggies with rice. The rice was way over cooked and the veggies consisted of all broccoli and was under cooked. Chicken was so so. Would rate this meal just above garbage.“

“I grab a chicken bowl from here every day. There were a couple of people waiting today and being impatient. It was only 7 minutes or so on a busy night. The kind gal upfront 'Nicole' was super sweet and respectful in letting everyone know the timing of their order and that other orders were already being processed. The food is yummy and affordable. They definitely get busy here and the food is cooked correctly. Some reviews talk about the veggies being plain but I personally like them steamed plain without seasoning, as I add their delicious custom sauce to it. I will be back every 48 to 72 hours I am sure...“
