“We ordered dinner via their website delivery, only to find my entrees never made it into the container. Prepared to be upset (and hungry), we made a call back to the restaurant anyway. The manager was super kind and drove our missing food over himself - with a fresh side and extra spring rolls. I think that one goes in the "above and beyond" category! Thank you!“
