“I go to Star, ID once a year to visit family, and we always stop to get my favorite cookies. I absolutely love the sea salt peanut butter one, and sea salt white chocolate oatmeal one. My mother-in-law comes to see us a couple of times a year. She already knows to not show up without cookies. She had to bring a bunch while I pregnant because I craved them. So these cookies are 100/10! I absolutely love them so very much!”

“Taphouse has one of the best burgers in Idaho. Trust me, add the Gouda. Their beer selection has no rival (other than maybe Yardhouse). Service is good. Prices are reasonable. 5-stars. Support local!”

“I do not review often, as I cannot say much for the atmosphere I can say that Everytime I've ordered or received food from here it's absolutely delcious. They have a pesto chicken pizza that is to die for and they also make really good chicken wings and have a variety of flavors! Definitely worth stopping in if you are in the Area. Also the Manager staff is really awesome. 5/5”

“We love to go to Proof. We are always satisfied with the quality of food and their service is impeccable. They go out of their way to accommodate your requests. We haven’t tried eating outdoors as yet but we find the indoor dining to be cozy and even when it is crowded, you can still carry on a conversation without raising your voice. Just love their pizza and sandwich selections. Very yummy! We also enjoy the mimosas and IPA choices.”

“When the sushi roll arrived at the house I was immediately impressed by its presentation. The roll was perfectly rolled, with each piece of crab and rice in perfect alignment. I couldn't wait to take a bite. As I took my first bite, I was blown away by the explosion of flavors in my mouth. The spiciness of the roll was just right, and it was perfectly complemented by the freshness of the crab. The rice was also perfectly cooked making it the perfect companion to everything else. But what really set this sushi roll apart was the service. The waiter was attentive and friendly, making sure that I had everything I needed throughout my meal. He even made a few recommendations for other dishes that I might enjoy, which I appreciated. The sushi roll has been incredible, and the service has been above and beyond. I can't wait to try more!”

“Taco Truck in Star! I had the street tacos, my favorite go to. I tried asada, chorizo, avo? not sure the name but it's a seasoned similar to Al pastor and carnitas - so my favorite was chorizo. Usually it's asada but it was alright.
Very busy place. Tight parking spots.
Oh BRING CASH! They charge a hefty fee for credit card.

“My wife and I have always felt welcome from the first time we came thru the door in 2020 till now. I love the aspect that they are cool with well behaved Canines. Its' a homey kind of feel, reasonable prices on the beer. The addition of the patio and new outside bar give the freedom of relaxing in the sun. They do not have a kitchen,. but are cool with you bringing in your own or buy some on site when the food Vendors visit. New to the area or you have been here for twenty years, they always treat you like family.”

“Came in tonight with my son about 7:30 after a long day at work and a meeting at night. The two young men working there were two of the nicest and hardest working people I have me in a long time. While we were there I saw them help three other customers. Every single customer was treated with respect and a smile. They worked hard and were extremely efficient. Super impressed with their hard work. I am also leaving a comment on the Jersey Mike’s website. And the sandwiches were amazing as always.”

She was so nice and answered every question we had with a big smile on her face, she was working alone and with many cars piled up still did everything in a timely manner! Our drinks were awesome and everything was great! Would highly recommend!”
