“Props to the two girls and one delivery guy who were on shift the evening of Sunday 11/23. I had placed an online pickup order through their website and waited inside 5 minutes before it was ready. I am not sure if this pizza shop was understaffed but I heard one of the girls on the phone asking 3rd party and online orders to be turned off because they had an immense amount of orders coming through and were running out of supplies. They still managed to handle everything so great under pressure and pizza was the best tasting ever! Mind you, this was my first impression of the service, staff and food. The quality and the customer service was wonderful! I would definitely recommend to friends and family and will be back soon!“

He knew the menu well, made excellent recommendations, and checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. “We went to celebrate my grandmas 96th birthday and the only seating was at the bar. We almost left but decided to eat at the bar. Jayden was our server and she was AMAZING!! I mean AMAZING!! Food was excellent…have the Tempura green beans and then the Brutus Salad is excellent with chicken or salmon. The Atlantic salmon was grilled to perfection (medium with delicately medium seasoned saffron rice). Try the saffron infused Creme Brulet for dessert and enjoy live Jazz and after-dinner drinks at the Sidecar. However, make reservations if you want a table for dinner and after-dinner entertainment…take out available.“

“My family and I went to eat here on a Sunday evening for an early dinner. I highly recommend calling ahead to see if there is a wait. This seems to be a popular place. We went around 4-5pm. As the evening goes on, it becomes busier, and it was nice to enjoy the quieter setting before things pick up. Their wait staff are attentive and kind. They work hard and make sure you are taken care of without over bugging you! The style of the restaurant is unique and clever, including artwork with cows, aliens, and a mix of farmhouse. The misfit and retro style seems to work for them. When the weather permits, they have a roll-up door in the front half of the restaurant that gives you a nice breeze of fresh air. I love their atmosphere. I had their Pineapple Express burger and fries. I 10/10 recommended this burger (personally I take off the mustard aioli or have it on the side)! This burger has so much flavor between the burger, ham, pineapple, and I like it with the pickles. Perfect hidden gem for Nampa!“

“We came in on Valentine's Day without a reservation. The staff were very accommodating and found us a table in the dining room. Staffing was exceptional with plenty of front end, waiters, bussers and bar help. My Wife asked for a dish that was not on the menu and after the waiter asked the chef the possibility, it was made for her. Wow! I ordered a steak and shrimp dish with broccoli. I was amazed at the tenderness and flavor, the sauce bathed the shrimp in a spicy wonderful sauce and the bocolli was cooked to perfection. Will be back. Staff were constantly attentive the entire time.“

“Lucky Fins Seafood Grill ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently revisited Lucky Fins in Meridian. In the past, I’ve been to the original location, which is the one in Meridian, as well as the one in downtown Boise, which has since closed. There is also a location in Greeley, Colorado. We started with an appetizer of Kickin’ Shrimp ($15) - Crispy shrimp tossed in a sweet and spicy honey-chipotle sauce, served with a side of ranch and a lime wedge. Similar to Bonefish Grill’s Bang Bang Shrimp, but uniquely its own, this isn’t excellent appetizer! If you like spicy shrimp, it’s worth visiting for this dish alone. I ordered the Baja Fish Tacos ($15) - Tempura battered and fried Arctic cod with shredded cabbage, chipotle aïoli, pickled onions, cojita, and micro cilantro. Served with cilantro lime rice, lime wedges, and choice of salsa. The fish tacos were bland and flavorless. I didn’t realize until I started to write this review that they came with a choice of salsa, but I don’t think that would’ve made much of a difference. I liked the cilantro lime rice. MW ordered the Cedar Plank Salmon ($29) - Center cut, grilled Arctic salmon on Northwest Cedar plank, seasoned with Rocky Mountain meat and fish rub, loaded smashers, grilled asparagus, charred lemon. MW liked the salmon dish, but would opt for something a little more interesting next time. For dessert, we shared Bourbon Bread Pudding, which came topped with ice cream ($10). It was good. The ambience and service were excellent!“

“It was my turn to supply dinner for movie night with some friends. I decided to get BBQ from Goodwood. It was delicious and everyone commented how good it was! We got brisket, smoked turkey breast, salad, cole slaw and potato salad. Everything was really yummy and plenty for the 4 of us. I called ahead and everything was ready for pickup when I arrived.“

“I haven't been in Nampa in years. I was in the area for a doctor's appointment. I left Boise really early so it gave me a chance to find a bite to eat somewhere new. Little Saigon has been on my to go list for a while so today was a good day to try it out.

The restaurant is located old Downtown Nampa. Such a cool vibe down here. I lived in Nampa a long time ago and never knew about this area. It was pretty cool to check out. It is different that this restaurant is surrounded by antique stores. I thought I was in the wrong building cause I all I saw were the small shops. But what a great way to work off your meal, go walk around the antique stores and check out their goods.

The venue is small and intimate. There were a few guests eating and enjoying their food. I got sat at a bar table by the window. I wanted to try their pho here. It's almost mandatory to try pho at a Vietnamese joint. But I didn't want to be stuffed with rice noodles so I went with the tofu and mixed veggies. I was kinda surprised they didn't have a lunch menu but a dinner portion of tofu and veggies shouldn't be too filling.

My tofu and veggies looked great! My veggies looked fresh. I got a few good sized chunks of tofu. I drizzled some Sriracha sauce and dug in. It was made super fresh! The brocolli was so hot when I took a bite of it. Stir fried cabbage will always be my favorite. The sauce was not too salty and had great flavor. My tofu was disappointing despite of how good everything else was. It was dry, hard and store bought. I have had similar tofu like this that I have purchased from the Asian market. As the main star of the dish, it was such a miss. Having fresh fried tofu would have made this dish amazing but overall it was still good.

Service was decent. My food was dropped off and wasn't really checked up on till I was waiting for me bill. The veggies were fresh and you get a nice variety of them but the tofu could have been better. The venue is in a pretty cool location. There's a store that I really wanted to check out after lunch but they are only open Friday and Saturday. It's cool I got to check this joint out. Next time I'll have to check out the pho. But it was dope that I got to come in and support a local business today.“

The road work is a bit of a mess, but it’s a small price to pay to support a local business that has been an Eagle staple since 2013. The restaurant, located directly in the heart of the construction zone in front of the Old State Saloon, is a prime example of a business persevering through difficult times. Stepping inside, the aroma of slow-smoked barbecue instantly makes you forget the detours and road closures outside. We wanted to show our support and encourage others to do the same. If you're deciding where to eat this week or weekend, please make the effort to visit them. A little bit of effort on our part goes a long way in supporting the local businesses that make Eagle great.“
