“The last 5 years my husband and I have made this our go to restaurant for Afghani and Mediterranian food. Best naan in town--chewy, thick and flavorful. Service is excellent as always. “One of the best Mediterranean food in Boise even the best! We had 2 plates: one is called Mushakal that includes chicken Shawarma, chicken taouk style (skewers) , hummus dip and salad! Second plate is called Ishtar which includes falafel, lamb kebab, chicken taouk, hummus dip and salad! Both were so delicious and both were served with rice spiced with Safran! Finally we had delicious baklava that was so tasty! I'm sure going back there! Very friendly owner and staff! Nice atmosphere! Fair prices! They have also a shop where you can buy Mediterranean grocery items, bread and other items! It is highly recommended!!!“

“One of favorite places too dine. Sorry no pics. Never think of it until too late. I had the Pho with short ribs. First time ordering. I usually try something different each time. The short rib melted in your mouth. It is a fusion Asian establishment so aside from sounding contradictory, it isn’t what I would consider authentic Pho. If you don’t smell like pho for a day or two, than I consider it American friendly. 🤓. It was still delicious and fresh ingredients. My wife has her staple Kao Sao (so?). Very tasty. The fresh rolls were also extremely fresh. Toffey (sp?) our hostess was awesome. She spent time with us discussing the menu and the chefs talents which we know first hand. Emily, our waitress was attentive and prompt and provided excellent service. We have never had a bad meal or service here.“

Couple of areas to improve. The Tamago was honestly really bad. The taste and texture was totally off. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a few days old.

The Gyoza and Tempura shrimp came with a mayo based dipping sauce. Not a traditional or even good option in my opinion.“

“Had breakfast this morning at at The Chef's Hut. I had no idea this restaurant was even here. I must say it was such a great experience. Loved the atmosphere, and the decorations were so cool. Wait staff was on point, our coffee was always full. Food came out quickly even though the place was busy. I had the eye opener for breakfast and I must say it was some of the best biscuits and gravy I have had. The rest of the food was top notch as well. If you want great food do yourself a favor and head to The Chef's Hut, you won't be disappointed. 10 out of 10.“

“We have visited through out the years. This is a great choice. We like the coconut chicken and the mondo pupu platter.
I love the beach vibe. They have had some great live music. We enjoyed Jason Castro when he was here. It feels very tropical. It is clean and inviting. The staff is friendly. I would highly recommend.“

Our main dishes included the cacciuco (seafood stew), tagliatelle with bolognese and tortioli pasta with hazelnut pesto, carmelized pearl onions and local roasted assorted mushrooms. Both my wife and I were floored by how good the food was. I grew up in the restaurant industry, with my German Uncle being an executive Chef for the Ahwahnee Hotel in Yosemite National Park, and I wish Uncle Bertram was still alive today to check this place out. “Dine in | $30–50 We hadn’t been to Vincenzo’s in several years and decided to give it another try last night. With the new ownership, the level of hospitality has truly stepped up. We ran about 10 minutes late for our reservation, and when I called, they assured me it was no problem — even though there were people waiting for tables when we arrived. I really appreciated that they still honored our reservation and welcomed us warmly. Our server was attentive, checking in often to make sure everything was just right. The owner, Colton, was engaged with guests, serving, chatting, offering suggestions, and making everyone feel at home. Chef Heidi’s dishes were outstanding. My friend ordered the meatballs (something I usually avoid), but they were absolutely delicious. We also had the fritto misto, zucchini fritters, fettuccine and veal, all fantastic dishes. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate — perfect for a date night. Between the warm hospitality, excellent food, and inviting setting, Vincenzo’s has become a spot we will happily return to.“

“I was so lucky to get to try this place out during my visit to Boise. My uncle who’s lived in Japan is a complete sushi iceberg, and we go nowhere else. I had to have the Godzilla road now I had many other roles and my cousin, to the number of different items the service was incredible!!! The spicy dragon roll was my favorite, but Godzilla you have to try!!! OH NOOOO I SAY YOU HAVE TO GO AND TRY GODZILLA!!“
