Chandlers Prime Steaks & Fine Seafood offers a fantastic dining experience with great service and delicious meals. The abalone appetizer, lobster bisque, filet mignon with oskar topping, and sides like au gratin potatoes and sautéed spinach are highly recommended. The extensive wine list can be pricey, but bringing your own bottle might be an option. The live music adds to the ambiance, although it can be a bit loud at times. The atmosphere is nice, the service is excellent, and the food is top-notch. Crab cakes and a summer salad make for a delightful start, followed by perfectly cooked filet and lobster tail for a surf & turf experience. Decanting a special bottle of wine is possible with a corkage fee. The chocolate soufflé for dessert is a sweet ending to a memorable evening at Chandlers.
