We love to go to Proof. We are always satisfied with the quality of food and their service is impeccable. They go out of their way to accommodate your requests. We haven’t tried eating outdoors as yet but we find the indoor dining to be cozy and even when it is crowded, you can still carry on a conversation without raising your voice. Just love their pizza and sandwich selections. Very yummy! We also enjoy the mimosas and IPA choices.
We ordered take out during the restaurants soft open on Saturday night...everything was very good. Excited to have this, much needed, new restaurant in town!!
