Chipotle Mexican Grill in Meridian

“This Chipotle is the best I’ve ever been to. Whoever is the manager seems to be doing a fabulous job training. All of the young people were constantly in motion cleaning, helping customers, cooking and maintaining an efficient restaurant. We also have a food allergy and they had a quick but thorough protocol with no hesitation or complaint. Well done, Chipotle on Meridian Rd!“

“I’ve eaten at this location several times. Order: Rice Bowl - Each occasion, the seasoning has been a bit heavy, definitely hitting the mark on “Salty Crew” - higher SODIUM taste, compared to the food product at other locations; throughout surrounding states. Seems to be the common “gag-prank” in the Boise area right now, as several establishments have a high sodium content to their meals. Might check with this location specifically (one on Meridian road as well) about over seasoning either the meat or its being added into one of the add-on options. I probably should have asked for a refund the several occasions, consecutively. Staff was great though, and restaurant relatively clean :)“

“I come to this chipotle all the time and it is honestly one of the best in the valley. I’m always greeted when I come in, and the workers are always so kind! I’ve been to many chipotles and I love this one. I have no clue how this chipotle has any bad reviews. People need to realize that workers need to “pre-close” and get things closed up before close, and I’ve seen a couple reviews about that… like have you ever worked in the food service industry?😂😂. Anyways will for sure continue coming here.“
