Great service!
Ordered two delicious Diet Coke’s today through the App. Arrived and they said they were out of Diet Coke. Not sure how you run out of Diet Coke but I understand. The weird part is that they offer no refunds if you pay through the App. The money isn’t a big deal, but I’d suggest that if you’re going to have an app that takes payments, you’ve got to plan for the worst to retain customer satisfaction (the worst being that you’ve run out of Diet Coke).
