Great food , so many choices . It was a great value . All you can eat and drink. Alcohol and coke products are extra ( I didn't order either of those ) . Over all the service was outstanding. Food and drinks were delicious. 5 stars !
There was a large variety of meats, veggies, and seafood. If you like cooking your own food in a hot pot this is the place to go. As a first timer I would have preferred more instructions when it came to adding spices and flavors.

UMI Japanese Shabu Shabu offers a great dining experience with incredible ambiance, making it perfect for lunch or dinner. The spicy tonkotsu broth with brisket and wagyu comes highly recommended. The food is amazing and you definitely get your money’s worth. The staff is very patient, attentive, and accommodating, coming by to see if you want more. The decoration and ambiance is appealing, new, fresh, and clean with a very welcoming atmosphere. It is a very unique experience and a place that is highly recommended for a return visit.
