“Our favorite beer spot in Meridian is the Hop Haus. I have yet to go there and not be able to find the perfect beer. This small but inviting basement bar is a place we now share with the kids. We can go play cards, drink, and partake in their great food. We love the pretzel bites covered in beer cheese and bacon bites. Then we we're feeling real crazy, we order the sushi from upstairs. The people who work there are top notch. They always have the perfect recommendations and are willing to let you try any beer before you decide. But get there early. Seating is limited and people are there to stay and enjoy the ambiance.“
“I was passing through the area and looking for a good meal with protein and a good salad. This place did not disappoint! First off I was served by 2 awesome bartenders who were friendly and professional. The food was delicious and cooked as requested. And the atmosphere is excellent! Overall a wonderful road trip experience!“
“How did I not know about this bar? First of all, you don’t have to make appointments to plant or paint!!! You can just walk in! And the drinks were incredible. I had the ginger mule and the blackberry mojito, both were amazing, and my date had a delicious pineapple margarita. The atmosphere, though! Full of plants and light and creativity, it was a dream. Easter egg: their bathroom is the cutest and funniest bathroom I’ve ever seen, it’s worth it just to go see the signs in there. I can’t wait to go back!“
“Had Valentine’s dinner solo and Grants Side Car did not disappoint. The Surf n Turf was probably one of the best experience for my tastebuds. The scallops were moist, soft in a great sauce. I’m used to scallops being hard and dry but these were something else. The steak was nice and rare with a somewhat spicy green sauce that complimented it greatly. And the mash potatoes had my eyes rolling in the back of my head. Everything worked well together. And to top it off, Isaac made a great Old Fashioned to end my night. His is almost as good as Ness’ Old Fashion.And on a different visit, if you’re looking for an appetizer, the green beans are great as well as the French Onion Soup.“

We were trying to find a Country place to go for dinner and dancing and we found 127 Saloon from Dirt Road Dancing website upcoming events, it was our first time and we really enjoyed the atmosphere, dinner was delicious and dancing was so much fun, we look forward to the next time but we are definitely bringing our friends!! : )“
“I love grants. It’s a great place nearby my office and fun for brunch. Great ever changing local sourced menus and talent behind the bar. I loved their crab cakes. Sad they are gone for now but liking the stuffed piquillo peppers in the interim.“

“Went there because of Bar RescueThe bar looks great. I went for the food. The new sandwich with pulled pork and chipotle was AMAZING and I paid compliments to the chef.However the new teenage crew was poorly trained and kinda ignoring me at first. I felt the counter needed to be cleaned. But the new food was totally worth it.“
“I went here Thursday for lunch with my sister and her husband. I hadn't been for years. I decided to get the 3/10.99 deal. I got salad, burger and fries and blackberry lemonade. It was delicious. They refill your drinks and other places I have been where they do that don't come check to see if you need a refill. They were asking if we wanted a refill when the glass was half empty and they actually brought a full glass over. When we left I needed a to go cup. They actually brought us each a large drink to take with us! The service was excellent! The waitress was quick and checked back with us several times! I will definitely return!!“
“So the music was too loud when we went in and the bloody Mary was like a mix and was full of black pepper. I usually don't complain but something was a little off about the place. The two that were with me could not even drink any of their bloody Mary. Too much pepper and that was all you could taste.“
“Of the three clubs here this one does have a DJ...A little darker place..... the crowd here is a little different from The Roosevelt & 127 Saloon......If you do go there you will see what I meant. “My wife and I dined here March 2nd. Tyler the waiter was amazing! The food was in between. Some Parts were good some weren't. The calamari was tender and tasted great. I ordered the famous Jakers ribeye tip cut. I was expecting a larger amount of meat. It was probably 6oz instead of 8-10 like other cuts were, for the price. My wife ordered the Jakers chicken and the crab tasted like it was out of a freezer and the noodles were a bit bland, but the chicken was soooo good. So like I said, toss up. Hahaha“
“A group of us tried the NEW LOCATION in Meridian today. We each ordered something different so we could try a variety. EVERYTHING was delicious! Loved that we could adjust the spice level for each dish. Staff was so pleasant, professional. I’m already planning my next visit!“
