Very good sushi and great staff going to come here for sushi from now on
Ika temperature and texture were perfect, as was sake. Was incredibly surprised by the jalapeno tempura. Amazing. Tekka maki great. Just incredible all the way around. Sushi chef Yuki extremely friendly and catered to us. Cannot go wrong at Shige's Sushi Express Meridian!
So many sushi I havent tried before but all so good! I recommended a 1000th percent go here. And everyone was so nice

Yume Japanese Cuisine offers excellent sushi rolls, all you can eat sushi, and AUCE 🍣 Sushi for a reasonable price. The food is amazing, with great dishes like the 🍱 Bento Box, Gyoza with delicious sauce, Karaage with a nice crunch, fantastic tamago nigiri, and Tonkotsu ramen with good size and great noodles. The restaurant is clean, with quick and positive service. Staff are extremely kind and attentive, not rushing customers and topping off hot tea several times. Even coming in slightly late before closing did not stop them from serving. The menu is clear and changed after a total refresh when the previous owner sold the business about 10 months ago. Open from about 11am to 8pm, it is the place for delicious sushi at an affordable price. Some find the country music weird, but the food and friendly customer service make it worth returning.
