I recommend Jimmy John's but am disappointed in this location. I've ordered several times in the last two months. Each time there was something wrong. Usually it's the sandwich isn't cut in half as requested. The last time pickles were requested. No pickles. This time the sandwich was cut but not in half. It had one sort end cut off. Wow I just had an incredible experience at this Jimmy John’s location. I love Jimmy John’s, and this one will be my new home location. I came in and messed up my own order. Zach was so extremely kind and fixed my own mistake without hesitation. This is the best customer service I have ever received at any sandwich shop. Never getting a sandwich anywhere else if I can help it! Kudos to a job well done!
Never had an issue always fresh and fast. Priced well.
