The atmosphere in the restaurant was inviting and comfortable, ideal for a relaxing lunch break. The food, as always, was fresh and delicious, perfectly capturing the Jimmy John's standard. It's the combination of great service, a friendly manager, and a cozy environment that makes this place a must-visit for anyone looking for a satisfying lunch experience.

I have gone to this location for a while and it has gone down hill substantially. Smaller portion sizes and less put on when extra is selected, you can expect to get toppings you ask to not have on your sandwich as well. Most recently when I tried placing an order online via Uber eats(which stated the store employees would deliver it) I was called and told that they would not be able to deliver my order. This is expectable, there are cold conditions and snow on the roads still. What was not expected was the managers refusal to call Uber to cancel my order, the manager stated that I needed yo call them and that they did all they could. As a manager of a franchise with Uber eats delivery, I know this is false, the manager needs to call Uber and tell them to cancel the order. Please train your management on how to properly handle something as simple canceling an online order.

over an hour now since I placed my delivery order. The point of paying for overpriced sandwiches from Jimmy John's use to be that they delivered to you fast. I only ordered two items and still it is taking this long.

Wife and I got off work, went through the drive through around 4:50pm today, the lady working the com is rude as hell, talking over me, grunting into the mic like we was a problem, and hurrying us. After only ordering 1 sandwich for my wife, and being told the total before we were done, i finally yelled at her to check her attitude. I drove up to the window since your employee decided we were done after only a minute at the Com. Get a different job if you don't like the hospitality industry. We won't be back.
Slow, the young lady said I'll be with you in a few & when she came back, she never said sorry for the wait , not going to be coming back to this JJ.

On Sunday(Father's Day) 06/18/2023 @ about 9:20pm I placed an order for a combo meal and when I went in first off the place was like immaculately clean and the three employees working that I saw were super super nice and ridiculously friendly without being overbearing by any stretch and my sandwich is amazing and I cannot thank them enough! I was absolutely starving and you guys just made my whole day thank you a million times over, seriously best possible service ever! 100/10 for all of them ???

Completely ignored my order and made whatever they wanted. Ordered a sandwich with sliced wheat, no mayo, received a white hoagie completely saturated in mayo. Into the trash. Won't go here again
