When I first started coming here it was good but gradually over the past 4-6 months its been definitely a hit or missI like to order the nuggets, baconator or the biggie bag with the jr bacon burgerThough through my several experiences I find that coming here is just a hassle more often then notThe food is cold like 80% of the time, the cheese is hardly ever melted on the burgers and the service is mediocre at bestThe night shift tends to do better then day but either need some...read full review

The negative to my experience today is that the only way to order food is through a kiosk. I had no issues and accomished the task quickly. My concern is that this might be daunting, challenging, or even impossible for some customers. Yes, the staff can help. However, I am very disappointed in Wendy's for implementing this change. Don't go inside unless you got time to train to be a Wendy's employee! The only option to purchase is kiosk. The shifty part is that I was unaware of this transition to this new practice. I stood in front of the kiosk while watching the employees buzzing around like bees in the back. With no regard for my presence. I choose take out. My meal came on a tray. I took it all in my hands and left. As I did not have time left to get someone to get a bag. No more Wendy's for me!
