Went to dine in with my family. Stood there for several minutes. Watched at least 6 employees walk around, and they all ignored us. Some guy came in, and they immediately asked him what he needed, and talked with him. After not being acknowledged at all the entire time, no hi or hello or "we'll be right with you", we just left. Zero customer service, zero communication. We won't be going back to that location again.

WOW!This is THE worst.Told bathroom is the way it is, not going to be cleaned, and by it needing cleaning, I mean unusable.Then told I can use a kiosk to order my food. NOPE.

When I first started coming here it was good but gradually over the past 4-6 months its been definitely a hit or missI like to order the nuggets, baconator or the biggie bag with the jr bacon burgerThough through my several experiences I find that coming here is just a hassle more often then notThe food is cold like 80% of the time, the cheese is hardly ever melted on the burgers and the service is mediocre at bestThe night shift tends to do better then day but either need some serious management improvement or just all in all better workers that would like to actually somehow care/enjoy their jobThe attitudes and work ethic are low and it showsI hope somehow this review speaks to management or the employees that work here cause yall could do betterBest of luck, I will continue to go here out of convenience but seriously hope this improves. The nampa wendys on Garrity is always on par. Do better

The negative to my experience today is that the only way to order food is through a kiosk. I had no issues and accomished the task quickly. My concern is that this might be daunting, challenging, or even impossible for some customers. Yes, the staff can help. However, I am very disappointed in Wendy's for implementing this change. It really seems like a move away from the great customer service for which Wendy's has been known. I sincerely hope that this is not a company wide change, and that ordering face to face will continue to be an option across all Wendy's locations. I realize that other companies may have implemented this type of change, but it is not necessarily best practice to follow trends. Again, I hope that ordering at the register will return and remain an option at Wendy's.

Don't go inside unless you got time to train to be a Wendy's employee! The only option to purchase is kiosk. The shifty part is that I was unaware of this transition to this new practice. I stood in front of the kiosk while watching the employees buzzing around like bees in the back. With no regard for my presence. I choose take out. My meal came on a tray. I took it all in my hands and left. As I did not have time left to get someone to get a bag. No more Wendy's for me!

I wish this Wendy's was better. It's the closest one to my house but I usually avoid it and drive down the dreaded Eagle road to go to the other one. I took a chance the other day and walked into this one again (despite my orders -no special instructions ever- usually being wrong). Bad idea apparently. I ordered at the kiosk, but had cash to pay so sent it to the counter where I was completely ignored by 4 employees for 10 minutes. Not even a, "we'll be right with you" or anything. I have never seen people try harder pretend not to see me. To be fair, they did seem busy at the drive thru, and I'm sure I could have got my order if I had gone through there, but I came in because I figured I'd be missing something and would have to come in anyway. I left. I went across the street to DQ, who were also very busy as it was the lunch rush, but acknowledged me before I even reached the counter. And when the guy who made my food order realized how busy they were up front and that I was waiting, he brought my order out to me. My kids prefer Wendy's, but if it were up to me, that DQ would have my business always. I guess I'll just drive down Eagle for my Wendy's fix. On a positive note, the Eagle Wendy's is always awesome and never messes up my order. I highly suggest you drive the extra distance and go there.
