The cookies look good, to bad they are only average and I tossed one after a single bite. Not overly thrilled with the selection.

I think a blonde girl with big hoop earrings was very kind and had very good customer service very polite I came in on July 30th and was very pleased with my experience

Based on the reviews, Crumbl is a restaurant where the cookies are good, but the experience is a mixed bag. The service is fast, and the environment is clean. Customers love Crumbl in general, and the staff always try to get people in and out as quick as possible with a smile. However, sometimes the employees are busy and do not acknowledge you, or the service is poor. There have been reports of a very rude employee aggressively sliding a box across the counter. It is a bummer that more than half the time the restaurant runs out of the popular cookie of the week. Aside from that, minor things like a cookie or two being overcooked happen. The Meridian location is a mixed bag, so the Boise location would be the better choice.
