Our family ate here for the first time today and would highly recommend it. The sushi rolls were excellent. I ordered the lunch special and had the Spicy Tuna roll, the spicy crab roll and the hot and sour soup. All were really tasty. Our server Steven was polite and very attentive with a great recommendation getting Superior Sake with my rolls, it was very complementary. Wow, this place left us speechless. And when we could talk we just kept repeating how good it was!! Got the crazy jalapeño appetizer, 6 pc yellowtail sashimi, a rainbow roll and a Hawaii roll, as well as a delicious cup of miso soup. The tofu was so good and melted like butter on your tongue. SO GOOD!! The food was incredible and the staff was friendly and attentive. Cannot recommend this place enough. We absolutely loved our meal and dining experience. Excited to come back!

Sushi Sushi — Meridian is a restaurant that has left many diners speechless and eager to return. The sushi rolls are excellent, with highlights like the Spicy Tuna roll, spicy crab roll, dynamite roll with a crayfish topping, Philly roll, yellowtail/scallion roll, rainbow roll, Hawaii roll, and paradise roll. The lunch special is really tasty and offers great prices. The General Tsao chicken from a large menu with a large non sushi selection is excellent too. The crazy jalapeño appetizer, 6 pc yellowtail sashimi, and miso soup are delicious, with tofu that melts like butter. The sashimi is so fresh and cut thicker than any sashimi, like eating hamachi steak. The sweet shrimp is delicious and they fry the heads too. The hand rolls are phenomenal, the shrimp tempura is fantastic, and the noodles are really good. There is Chinese food too. The staff is friendly and attentive, making guests feel very welcome and taken care of, never letting drinks run empty. The prices are so good, literally rivals the prices of grocery store sushi. The restaurant is a cute, clean little place in the Fred Meyer shopping plaza with mounted fish decor. Daily specials should not be missed.
