this was my first time having smoky mountain and i ordered an appetizer and salad and they both were delicious - they have great portions and it's definitely all shareable.

This is a go-to place every time someone is in town. The pizza is wonderful, and the staff are amazing. It's pretty busy, and sometimes you have to wait, but it is always worth it. The moral of the story is that Smoky Mountain is always worth a visit, and in the family's opinion, is a great pizzeria.

The dinner Lasagna to-go dinner dish costing $17.00 + consisted of a maximum 3 inch square, 1 1/4 inch tall with to smashed pieces of bread. It was marginal at best and the girl running the cash register was more interested in talking w bar patrons than the to-go customers.Very disappointed…

Have been here a few times over the years. Constructive review: the atmosphere, especially this location are awesome! The outdoor seating area is super cool, especially during all the fun summer activities ?. The service - this needs improvement. Every time we have been here, the service has been.. very slow. Almost painfully slow. We have been incredibly tolerant, but you guys need to step it up a bit. We shouldn't be waiting nearly 15 mins just for someone to come over for the first time (yes, I actually timed this last time). The food is good. Everything we have got has been good and I have 0 complaints about it, however not the best in the valley. That being said - pricing. Ouch. Pricing structure is too high for what they are. Almost $30 for a large 16in pizza, $18-$20 for pastas, $15 burgers, $10 kids meals.. that adds up fast. And with lackluster service... It can be a deterrent. Overall, if Smokey could drop their pricing by 20% and step up their customer service, it would be much more tolerable. In terms of comparable food/establishment/service - Chicago Fire and Idaho Pizza Co. Have better pricing and better food quality and service.

Don’t eat their GF pizza; not worth the $25 they charged! The crust was the thinnest GF I’ve seen and it was over cooked, all the while the cheese was impish and the chicken was flavorless. Seriously disappointing. They used to taste good :-(Service was nothing to get excited about; didn’t make us feel welcomed or excited. Just took the orders and left. Atmosphere is cool but we’d rather go to a pizza joint with energy and great tasting food. This is NOT the place!Best part of our lunch experience was that the bathrooms were warmed and smelled clean… which is sad.

I had their garlic chicken pizza (without mushrooms) and it was EXCELLENT! They have an outstanding menu. Everything looked delicious. I will definitely be back to try some of their other items.

Prices are prohibitive. I am no longer willing to visit this establishment because of the outrageous prices.

Always good food. Like the baked spaghetti. Short staff that day took awhile.

2-21-24 My mother and I had lunch there yesterday and it was horrible. I ordered a philly cheese steak w/extra cheese and it took forever to get it. My mom's came out first and it was luke warm. Finally mine came and it was cold, the cheese wasnt melted, and the fries were cold. I sent the sandwich back to get warmed and they brought it to me again and it wasnt. I asked to talk with the manager, and he came out and I was told that it just was just put out under the heat lamp, which was not true. The waitperson didnt even ask if I wanted a refill on my drink. She wanted to talk w/her friends instead. We usually have good service and the food is good. They should of at least taken my meal off, because it was not worth $16.

Enjoyed dinner out with friends. Salad ? was just OK, wouldn't order it again. Service was excellent. We were seated in the back room, acoustics were terrible making the room noisy so a conversation was difficult at times.

Our server Ben was awesome. Even though he is new he is polite and attentive. You can just tell he is a good person. I used to eat here when I was a kid. I will miss the old building, but the new place is really clean and has a very warm feeling. The food is not the same as back then, but close enough for the nostalgia. We had the lasagna, pizza, garlic bread, and spinach artichoke dip. Everything came out hot. It wasn’t super expensive.
