This is a go-to place every time someone is in town. The pizza is wonderful, and the staff are amazing. It's pretty busy, and sometimes you have to wait, but it is always worth it. The moral of the story is that Smoky Mountain is always worth a visit, and in the family's opinion, is a great pizzeria.
Have been here a few times over the years. Constructive review: the atmosphere, especially this location are awesome! The outdoor seating area is super cool, especially during all the fun summer activities ?. The service - this needs improvement. Every time we have been here, the service has been.. very slow. I left pics and comments regarding food. But wanted to update this. I called them and requested refund and they are sending me a gift card. They were very nice and were very apologetic. They get 5 star rating for service!!!.
