I bought three 1 foot subs today. Two of them were delicious but I bought a bacon lettuce and tomato. Not delicious. It just wasn't that good. It had bacon, three or four thin slices, but not what I would expect for a $10 sandwich. The other two were really good. Just stay away from the BLT.

Well this store made it official I will never eat another subway sandwich again who ever the guy is working at 5:43pm on the 27th of December 2024 you suck and I hope you get fired there is nothing I ordered online this not even mayo or mustard you didn’t make my other two sandwiches right I will be back to complain to your manager about you

I just went to this subway location and the guy who made my sandwich was a blonde guy teenager, very aggressive making my sandwich, no patience at all. When he received an order online he got more pissed off. Worst customer service ever. Apparently he hates his job, he should quit honestly. If the owner cares about his business, they should never hire people like him.

Logan’s attitude was absolutely horrible! I was waiting a long time for him to come out of the bathroom to completely ignore me further for a few minutes until asking what I wanted without looking at me at all! The attitude continued - I asked for salt and pepper twice and he got annoyed and poored salt and pepper on the subway… not a sprinkle. I paid and left not super happy about anything! Door wide open, no one else on duty, anyone could have robbed the store with the time he was in the bathroom! First and last time I’ll attend this store

went in on friday the 11th around 7ish...we waited about 2 mins or so for the employee to come out...when he came out he didnt say a word and immedietly opened the metal lids on the veggie side by the register slamming it open. I had my back slightly turned as I was conversating with my man by the meat side and he slammed it so hard that it startled me and made me jump...I turned to look at what was going on and the male employee with blonde hair had an extremely aggravated expression he was definitely PISSED he proceeded to the other lid that we were standing right in front of and again slammed it open super aggressively that im surprised none of the glass broke surrounding it...my man and I just looked at each other and turned around and walked out. Absolutely ridiculous

7-09-24 It can't be that the preparation is sooooo slow, the kitchen staff is extremely slow and they were alone!!! They make you lose the desire to be there. This goes to the two guys in the kitchen, 2:06, they can't be so slow preparing a sandwich, I preferred to leave

A gentleman by the name of Logan helped me today. It took 30 minutes to get my order with only 1 other person ordering.
Apparently "Logans way" was extremely pissed off and agitated at his job and the 2 customers in the restaurant. Very disappointed in the service and debated leaving multiple times before I got my food.
I will not be back to this location for quite some time. I do not leave reviews unless something is fantastic or just outright disappointing and this was every bit of disappointing.

I came in just to get a drink, waited 20 minutes for someone to let me pay. then once an online order rang someone named Logan came up, and I nicely asked if I could pay for my drink and he completely ignored me.. it took someone else coming in and saying something for me to finally get my drink.

Horrible customer service. She looked completely annoyed that we were there and she was the team lead. She threw the empty mustard and mayonnaise bottles on the counter. She even had the audacity to point out the tip screen when we were paying. When we left, my wife said, "Well, I guess we are never coming back to this Subway."Customer service matters. If you hate your job, quit.

My “sandwich artist” was Picasso! ? Light mustard order. ? The reality is that the owner should not have one person working the entire store. Not the fault of the employees. Tip well!!
Absolutely horrific. Only one person working all day, not enough labor for the amount of customers in the area. Just straight terrible management, needs manager turnover.

Came in late last night with 3 hungry teens! Isaac was amazing. He was very friendly and patient with us. The food he prepared us was fresh and delicious. He made suggesting for my sandwich that were delicious. I can say that I really appreciated the service Issac gave us! Thank you, Issac!

Super disappointed…I placed an online order at 5pm for pickup at 8:45 (15 mins before they close) and as I was headed to get the food at 8:30pm, I get an email saying they cancelled my order. When I went to call. They refuse to answer the phone….they don’t close until 9, and again. I just scheduled the pickup for 8:45 over 3 hours in advance. So it wasn’t like it was a last minute walk in. It’s currently 8:32pm and they will NOT answer the phone and tell me why they decided to cancel/void my order. As someone who is 31 weeks pregnant and doesn’t have the time or energy to cook…this was super uncool.
