My “sandwich artist” was Picasso! ? Light mustard order. ? The reality is that the owner should not have one person working the entire store. Not the fault of the employees. Tip well!!

Came in late last night with 3 hungry teens! Isaac was amazing. He was very friendly and patient with us. The food he prepared us was fresh and delicious. He made suggesting for my sandwich that were delicious. I can say that I really appreciated the service Issac gave us! Thank you, Issac!

Super disappointed…I placed an online order at 5pm for pickup at 8:45 (15 mins before they close) and as I was headed to get the food at 8:30pm, I get an email saying they cancelled my order. When I went to call. They refuse to answer the phone….they don’t close until 9, and again. I just scheduled the pickup for 8:45 over 3 hours in advance. So it wasn’t like it was a last minute walk in. It’s currently 8:32pm and they will NOT answer the phone and tell me why they decided to cancel/void my order. As someone who is 31 weeks pregnant and doesn’t have the time or energy to cook…this was super uncool.

always find a way to mess up. staff is disrespectful and they all look like they hate their life. very slow to and atmosphere is annoying. would never recommend I am never coming back as I have come here a dozen times to the same thing everytime. The food also is mediocre even if they dont mess up

Door states they open at 8. Showed up at 11:45 and there was a girl prepping the store and had the door locked. She ignored me for 5 minutes as I knocked to ask if they planned to open. Called them and she ignored the phone call. This is the definition of “that’s not my job”. They don’t care about the customers! I’ll bring my business elsewhere.

Customers service is getting worst and worst. My wife went to get our lunch at 10 AM on Thursday 08/24/2023 and the door was locked, and the employee just looked at my wife and did not acknowledge her. We work at Eagle High and need to go when we have no students, we made sure that the store would be open per website from 8am to 9pm. BAD SERVICE!We all need to start shaming companies with bad service.

It's 12:30 pm and 1 person out front servicing patrons. ???? Long line. Where is the manager/supervisor??When I called lady stated no manager when I asked and said she was working on prep so they do not run out of food. Shouldn't this have been done already

I have never had a bad sandwich here but sometimes the service is less than it should be. My big thing is the cleanliness of the place. The last two times I was there and ate inside the tables were sticky and dirty and the floors were beyond dirty, they were filthy disgusting . Big drops of pop and dirt and bread and the rug by the front door was gross. They were not busy either time and there were 3 people there. The first time was around 2:30 and the 2nd time was 5:30 - 6:00 pm.This happened within the last 2 weeks.

An employee whose name I don’t know because he wasn’t wearing a name tag (short, chubby, scraggly red beard) has the personality of a wet sock. No greeting, seemed annoyed like I was bothering him, no “thank you”, etc. Then, to top it off, I found one of his beard hairs on the paper my sandwich was wrapped in. It was red and exactly the same length. It didn’t touch the food but then I had to examine my sandwich closely before I ate it to make sure there weren’t more. I almost lost my temper but it’s the only subway near my house and I didn’t want him doing something intentional and worse to my sandwich if I came in again. What happened to beard nets? Disgusting attitude and hygiene. I’ll go out of my way to use other subway’s in the future where customers are appreciated.

Sandwich tasted like a subway sandwich, however the customer service was pretty awful. Aaron seemed to be the only one working at the time I came in and was very rude to all customers who came in while I was waiting for my sandwich (3 of us). I understand being stressed out while working fast food, but taking it out on the customers leaves a bad experience for everybody. Will not be returning to this location.

I placed pickup order online. They failed to place the ingredients inside the bread, but placed the bread open on top of all ingredients which created a mess when attempting to eat this They did not toast the sub or cut into 3 pieces as instructed in online order. I discovered this after unwrapping the sub at home. I did call the store to make them aware of these issues They offered to have me return for another sub which I declined due to inconvenience. No offer to provide credit on future order
