We waited quite a bit for the food, paid, and waited some more. The person that tool for order walked off while we were waiting, and a different employee came up. He opened the drive thru window and stated the amount again. We said what? We've already paid, and he then asked if we had the receipt!! After he tried to blame the screen instead of taking accountability for HIS mistake.
I ordered a #8, and the tortillas fell apart. They were almost stale. We didn't get any of the sauce we were asked if we wanted, or any napkins. This store is so off kilter. They need attention ASAP!!

Won’t even acknowledge delivery drivers, multiple people standing and waiting to talk to somebody and all the workers do is look and then ignore. Service is horrible. Would never recommend coming here. Multiple people waited 15min+ for their orders. The workers are in no rush either, they move as slow as humanely possible. Just a very very very poor experience overall. Drive to a different taco bell, it’ll literally be faster.

5:30 pm, closed at 11:00 pm. Both doors were locked. Countless mobile delivery drivers showed up banging on door. Patrons had to open door for each delivery driver. Workers didn’t speak English. This place is run sooo poorly

Typically one would only leave a negative review when they're upset about a fast food restaurant. I come to this Taco Bell every single week with my daughter. And normally it's just okay but tonight there was an older gentleman here that is extremely friendly and outgoing I've never seen him here before but he needs to stick around. Tonight I had better service at Taco Bell than I've had at most restaurants in the area go figure so the man with the pink and gray hat kudos to you keep up the good work.

I come here quite often and get the same thing every time, a 5 layer burrito and a side of cheese sauce, every single time i ask for no sour cream on it, and even ask them to double check, every single time they put extra in it, and my food goes to waste… not only is it a waste of money having to throw it away every time but also a waste of time driving there to not get what i ordered, this is the only taco bell that ever messes it up. Also, their tortillas seem to be stale as of recently, not sure what’s going on there.

Cheerful nice people at the order window but my mom's order of no cheese on her soft tacos ended up with no lettuice instead and she's literally allergic to it ?
Dietary restrictions: Make absolutely sure you tell them for 100 percent sure if you are alergic to something and check your meal after you get it.
