Had very poor service. Drive thru is the only option and during evening they always have poor customer service. I would recommend the location on meridian road. This location always seems to have an issue and have shortages of food

Sunday December I've been waiting here for over an hour now. 5 employees not working, 3 just sitting at a table gossiping about nothing.. 2 females walking around getting sodas and checking their phones.. one dude keeps walking around the seating area doing absolutely nothing.. this has been for over am hour now I've been waiting for my food that still hasn't been made.. it's incredibly ridiculous, you can't make this up.. where do you find these ppl to.work here.. now there's 4 ppl sitting at a table just gossiping and not working.. it's now 830pm amd guess what still nothing.. there's 10 ppl in the lobby waiting for orders amd waiting to order!!!.. come on man get these ppl who make taco bell look bad outta here and hire good hard working ethic ppl.. this is ridiculous.

Manager on duty today made me extremely uncomfortable because she was constantly raising her voice angrily at employees who were just trying to help me and other customers at the store she caused a scene in front of customers and then decided to take it outside and probably raise her voice at another employee outside.

I ordered my food online. The app said that it would be complete by 7:05, it was not complete until 7:22. The drive-thru was extremely long. We went inside to pick up the order. The staff was rude. I paid extra for items in my bowl & got the less than the regular amount Also, requested no cheese & there was cheese. The drink was not right either. This is the worst Taco Bell I have been to.

The entire seating area was dirty, the manager came out and didn’t clean a single table or have anyone clean a table. Did the self order and waited well over 30 minutes for my food. Watched several people stand at the counter and be ignored by multiple employees. To top it all off we watched the manager practically yell at an employee for taking out the garbage. This place needs to be shut down and that manager needs to be fired. I will never give this location this location my business again.

We went through the drive through so I really can’t say what the ”atmosphere” is like but we had the new crisp breakfast tacos and they were fantastic, I could barely understand the person n the speaker but that wasn’t their fault.

I waited for a good 20 min no one came to the counters and was told to order on the mobile menu who ever is the manager at this place need to be demoted i know door dash drivers hate this specifically cus they take to long im a stoner and this made me a del taco guy from now on
